Induction education is equivalent to the first "key" to open the door of the teaching profession for new teachers.Induction education curriculum is the carrier of the implementation of the induction education activities,and the quality of curriculum system directly affects the quality of new teachers’ teaching activities.Based on the great curriculum concept,this paper selects the five elements of curriculum objectives,curriculum structure,curriculum content,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation,constructs the induction education curriculum system.From the perspective of teachers’ professional development,this paper probes into the principles that the induction education curriculum should follow.On this basis,this paper studies the current situation of the induction education curriculum system for new teachers in Colleges and universities,analysis of the existing problems and the reasons,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.In order to enhance the practicality of this research,this study selected the induction education curriculum system of A university as the research object,introduced the general situation of the induction education curriculum system of A university from the five elements of the curriculum system,investigated the implementation status of the induction education curriculum system of A university by using the questionnaire method.The survey shows that A university has accumulated rich experience and achieved good results.But the curriculum system also has some problems that need to be improved.For example,curriculum goal lacks of moral education goal,the focus of goal setting is not outstanding,and the expression is more general;the proportion of theoretical courses and practical courses is unbalanced,the role of elective courses is limited,and the course setting is scattered;the curriculum content is not updated in time,the depth of content is not enough,and the normal knowledge is lack of contact with the new teachers’ professional knowledge;the curriculum implementation is inflexible,and the teaching method is professor-oriented;curriculum evaluation focuses on the end rather than the process,the evaluation subject and method are single.Then this study analyzed the causes of these problems from the aspects of cognition,policy and system,curriculum design and curriculum system.Based on the theoretical basis of this study and the current situation of the investigation,the corresponding improvement strategies are put forward: in terms of curriculum objectives,reasonable and clear curriculum objectives are set according to the social requirements,the needs of new teachers and the characteristics of colleges and universities;in terms of curriculum structure,a comprehensive and balanced curriculum structure should be established based on the actual situation of teaching knowledge and ability of new teachers;In terms of curriculum content,we should improve the frontiers,pertinence and extensibility of the course content,and build a bridge between normal knowledge and professional knowledge;in terms of course implementation,we should adopt diversified teaching methods,build a network learning platform,and promote the vividness and flexibility in the implementation process;in terms of course evaluation,we should optimize the evaluation methods and forms of assessment with modern course evaluation concept,construct multiple evaluation subject,give full play to the functions of curriculum evaluation,such as diagnosis,incentive and regulation.
