| With the national education policy gradually attaching importance to pre-school education and the concept of parenting children becoming mature,private kindergartens have achieved rapid development in recent years as a new form of schooling that has adapted to economic system reforms,and social recognition has gradually increased,and the quality of schooling has become obvious.Promotion has gradually developed into an important force that cannot be ignored in preschool education in our country.An important problem faced by private kindergartens in the operation process is the salary of their employees.Only by solving the problem of employees’ salary can the long-term development of the kindergarten be further realized.This paper selects kindergarten B as the research object.Through the thinking about the development of the kindergarten during the special period of the new crown epidemic,after combing the literature related to salary management at home and abroad,the organization structure and salary management status quo are investigated,and the questionnaire survey is conducted.,Interview to understand the staff’s satisfaction with the salary management of the kindergarten,find out the problems in the salary management of the kindergarten employees of the survey object B,conduct an indepth analysis of the research objects of this paper,and propose corresponding implementation based on the discovery of problems in the salary management Plans and safeguards.The main content of the writing of this thesis includes the following aspects:First,the use of salary management concepts and related theories to guide the writing of this thesis.Secondly,by investigating the status quo of salary management of kindergarten employees in B kindergarten,point out the salary management problems of the research objects,and analyze the salary-related data collected;finally,combined with broadband salary theory,design specific measures for the salary management of kindergarten B employees.This thesis hopes to help private kindergartens that currently have employee compensation management problems through the analysis of the case of kindergarten B and see the micro-knowledge.It is hoped that the research in this article can provide a reference for improving the salary management of private kindergarten employees. |
