We often say "never ignore the role of money" in employees' incentive,but how to do an excellent job in distribution and avoid the phenomenon of "not suffering from scarcity but suffering from inequality" is a sensitive and thorny topic for any enterprise at any stage of development.By keeping pace with the times,carrying out human resource management innovation,and adjusting the enterprise's salary strategy in time according to the environment's changes,distribute resources appropriately to ensure that the enterprise has the core talents needed for development maintain vitality forever.As a private enterprise that started with private education,HW Group has gone through its start-up hardships.The enterprise's scale continues to grow,the industrial layout continues to expand,and the development prospect is good.To better support,the rapid development of the group,strengthen the attraction of talents,improve the strategic position of salary management,and solve the shortcomings of the current salary system.This paper takes literature research and investigation as the primary research methods by consulting the relevant salary management theories,comprehensive salary,broadband salary,job value evaluation,and other knowledge points.Refer to foreign and domestic scholars' relevant research,suggesting that the salary management system of HW Group at the present stage of salary management has lagged behind the enterprise strategy,lack of flexibility,no reflection of job differences,and low salary.Based on literature research and external salary research,relying on the post value evaluation method,this paper applies the widely used broadband salary model to education investment enterprises.The relative value of each position in HW Group is obtained through the evaluation of position value.On this basis,the paper designs the broadband salary system of HW group company divides the salary grades of different post sequences,and elaborates on the organization guarantee,system guarantee,and fund guarantee required for the implementation band salary.Finally,a questionnaire is designed to investigate the operation effect of the new broadband salary system.The survey results show that employees' overall satisfaction with the latest broadband salary system is 61.34%,indicating that most employees hold a recognition attitude towards the broadband salary system.With research practice,this paper also puts forward the research deficiencies and prospects for applying post-value evaluation results and supporting performance systems,hoping that the follow-up researchers can carry out more detailed research.The successful implementation of broadband salary mode in HW Group,mostly knowledge-based employees,broadly fits with flexible management mechanisms' value distribution orientation.They encourage employees to improve their skills and pay better for their work,which has practical reference significance for similar enterprises.
