Objective: Taking achievement goal as the independent variable,exercise behavior as the dependent variable and self-regulated learning as the intermediary variable,this paper establishes a structural equation model to verify the relationship,and explores the similarities and differences of college students in different gender,different grades and different source areas,so as to guide the development of College Public Physical education curriculum and college sports activities,And constantly promote the exercise behavior of college students.Methods: after consulting and analyzing the literature through CNKI,CNPC,Pub Med and other databases,the appropriate questionnaire was selected for pre survey and revision of the selected items.The data were analyzed by using Excel 2019,spss26.0 and amos25.0,The data were classified and modeled according to demography,and the internal relationship of the model was observed.Results:(1)The current college students’ mastery approach goal score is the highest,and their exercise behavior is at a low level(exercise full score of 100 points,average score is only 18.43 points),and their self-regulated learning level is higher(full score of 45 points,average score of 29.23 points);(2)There is a positive correlation between achievement approach goal,mastery approach goal and self-regulated learning,exercise behavior,performance avoidance goal The results show that there is a negative correlation between the goal of mastery avoidance and self-regulated learning and exercise behavior;(3)In the achievement goal,there are differences in the four types of goal orientation of college students of different genders and source areas,but there is no difference in the goal of mastery avoidance among College Students of different grades;in the self-regulated learning,there are differences between different genders,grades and source areas;(4)In the structural model of achievement goal,exercise behavior and self-regulated learning,achievement approach goal and mastery approach goal positively predicted exercise behavior(β = 0.131,P < 0.001;β = 0.175,P < 0.001),achievement avoidance and mastery avoidance negatively predicted exercise behavior(β =-0.071,P < 0.001)001;β =-0.109,P < 0.001);achievement approaching goal and mastery approaching goal positively predicted self-regulated learning(β = 0.277,P < 0.001;β = 0.392,P <0.001);achievement avoidance and mastery avoidance negatively predicted self-regulated learning(β =-0.163,P < 0.001;β =-0.109,P < 0.001);self-regulated learning positively predicted exercise behavior(β = 0.287,P < 0.001);(5)After the demographic classification of the data,it is found that there is no direct effect between grade 3 achievement approaching goal and exercise behavior,grade 3 mastery approaching goal and exercise behavior,grade 1 and grade 2 achievement approaching goal and exercise behavior,and the path is smooth under the connection of self-regulated learning.Conclusion:(1)College students mainly hold the goal of mastery approach,followed by the goal of achievement avoidance and the goal of mastery avoidance;among the four types of goal orientation,boys mainly hold the goal of achievement approach and the goal of mastery approach,while girls on the contrary;different grades and different sources of students have an impact on the holding of College Students’ achievement goals;(2)College students’ achievement goals and exercise Self regulated learning plays a partial mediating role between the two.
