| As one of the important gathering places of Chinese in Southeast Asia,Cambodia’s Chinese education is in full swing,and the scale of Chinese education is expanding and the demand for Chinese teachers is increasing year by year.However,due to the particularity of Chinese education in Cambodia,some problems in its teaching are gradually revealed,among which the problem of classroom management is particularly prominent.How to effectively understand and solve classroom problem behavior has become a problem faced by many teachers.The author once deeply troubled by students’ classroom problem behavior,and made some explorations.Based on the previous research,this paper takes 16 Chinese teachers and 110 students from Chinese school in Cambodia as the survey subjects Who participated in the further questionnaire survey and interview.This paper makes a detailed investigation on the problem behaviors,finds the causes and summarizes the countermeasures.Through the investigation,it is found that the students’ classroom problem behaviors are extroverted and introverted,including violation of work and rest,disturbance,concealment,psychology,and the causes mainly include teachers,students,environment,family and so on,among which the factor of students is the most prominent.By analyzing the current situation and the causes of classroom problem behaviors,this paper puts forward some suggestions,include teachers,schools and students.Firstly,before the occurrence of problem behaviors,the teacher need improve the level of Cambodian language,understand Cambodian culture,and make some classroom rules,prepare lessons well.In addition,teachers should always care for students and make their Chinese learning more interesting.When classroom problem behaviors occur,teachers can take many ways,such as praising students’ good behavior,timely choosing appropriate ways to deal with problem behaviors,and reducing the adverse influence of peers.After the classroom,teachers should pay attention to reflection,find problems and solve them.Secondly,The school can improve from the aspects,such as improve the classroom material environment,formulate and improve rules,strengthen the training of teachers’ management ability,select adaptable teaching materials and improve the examination system.Finally,students should improve their interest in learning,and make learning plans,abide by rules in class,strengthen self-supervision,constantly overcome psychological barriers and actively participate in classroom activities.It is hoped that the above strategies and methods can provide reference for the relevant research in Cambodia and improve the teachers’ attention to students’ classroom problem behaviors. |
