In the art class of the lower grade of primary school,students' problem behaviors occur from time to time.However,the ways and methods adopted by teachers in the management of students' problem behaviors are often not targeted.In the process of management,teachers' problems emerge in endlessly,and the management effect of classroom problem behaviors is not good.This paper mainly uses literature analysis,observation,interview and other methods,through the observation and analysis of the current situation of art classroom behavior management in the primary school,to find out the problems existing in the management process of teachers,explore the causes of the problems,and then find the basic methods to solve the problems.The article mainly includes four parts.The first part mainly describes the reason and significance of the problem,domestic and foreign research review and basic research methods.The second part mainly discusses the problems existing in the classroom behavior management of the art teachers in the lower grade of primary school,including the arbitrary management of teachers,the higher grade management of teachers,the inconspicuous disciplinary management of art,the easy emotional management of teachers and the lack of reflection on the classroom management of teachers.The third part mainly discusses the causes of the problems,including the backward management concept of teachers,the weak pertinence of classroom management,the neglect of the particularity of art class,teachers' own quality to be improved and teachers' self reflection ability not enough.The fourth part puts forward the strategies to solve the problem of classroom behavior management of art teachers in primary school,including abandoning the backward concept,following the physical and mental development characteristics of the students in the lower grade to manage,constructing the discipline management method of art,enhancing the ability of emotion regulation of teachers,and strengthening the self reflection training of teachers.
