| Micro video as a product of the new era,with its short time,rich lens language and content,can be very concise,intuitive introduction of a news or a story.The use of micro-video assisted football teaching basic technology is precisely because the micro-video has the characteristics of intuitiveness,length and relatively easy to produce,and then combined with the close-up shot recording and freeze-frame shooting,it’s a great place to showcase and demonstrate some sports techniques.Because the basic technology of football involves a wide range,this article mainly with instep pass and catch,instep high ball kick and in situ frontal head ball three technologies as an example.In this paper,the methods of questionnaire,literature,experiment and mathematical statistics are used to study the teaching effect of micro-video assisted college football course,this paper probes into the feasibility of micro-video assisted football teaching in colleges and universities by means of documentary method,and lays a theoretical foundation for the experimental method,in this paper,the teaching method of the basic technology of college football course assisted by micro-video is compared with the traditional teaching method,and the teaching effect of the micro-video assisted college football course is explored,two surveys were conducted before and after the experiment among the students participating in the experiment,and one survey was conducted after the experiment among the expert teachers participating in the experiment,this paper probes into the teaching effect,satisfaction and timing of micro-video in football teaching in colleges and universities.The main research goal of this paper is to explore the feasibility of micro-video assisted college football teaching,teaching effect and micro-video intervention timing.Through the demonstration of the above three research purposes,the final hope to promote micro-video assisted physical education teaching methods,for China’s education to contribute a force.The main results of this teaching experiment are as follows: in the basic skills of football,the scores of the three skills of instep passing and catching,instep high and far kick and on-the-spot frontal head kick are significantly higher in the experimental class than in the control class(P < 0.05),there was no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class(p >0.05),and the basic theory of football in the experimental class was significantly higher than the control class(P <0.05).The research led to the following conclusions:(1)The teaching method of micro video assisted football basic technology teaching is feasible and Operability.(2)The teaching method of micro-video assisted soccer course is helpful to improve students’ learning effect,learning enthusiasm and self-learning ability,and can widen students’ learning thinking and learning methods.(3)The involvement of micro video should occur after the teacher has demonstrated and explained the student’s movement technique,the student will have a holistic understanding of the technique through the teacher’s paradigm,and then through watching the micro video,can play a consolidating and strengthening role. |
