Under the influence of the New Coronavirus and the promotion of digital and Internet technologies,the traditional education model is facing a turnaround,and mobile and fragmented learning methods are gradually highlighting their advantages.Micro videos and other important products of education and teaching in the micro era are gradually becoming an important means to assist physical education teaching.The secondary school stage is the golden period for students to learn sports techniques and master sports skills,and physical education and health courses play an irreplaceable role in this regard,while the physical education teaching mode affects the achievement of course objectives in terms of teaching guiding ideas,teaching units,teaching operation procedures,and teaching evaluation systems.This study intends to integrate micro-video into the regular physical education teaching mode,optimize the regular physical education teaching mode based on micro-video and conduct experimental verification.This study uses literature,questionnaires,teaching experiments and mathematical statistics to sort out and summarize the research related to physical education teaching mode and micro-video teaching,optimize the 7th grade physical education teaching mode based on micro-video and make theoretical arguments,determine the teaching contents and video themes,select the corresponding micro-video resources and apply them to the physical education classroom,set up the experimental class and the control class through the convenience sampling method,and conduct a 12-week teaching experiment.The experimental class and the control class were tested for 12 weeks to compare and analyze the students’ autonomy in physical education,their participation in physical education class,their performance in basketball,volleyball and standing long jump,and the teaching effect of the experimental class before and after the experiment,so as to verify the effectiveness of the 7th grade physical education teaching model based on micro-video optimization.The experimental results showed that after the experiment,the students’ basketball layup scores improved significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05);the students’ volleyball self-pad scores improved significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.01);the students’ physical education learning autonomy improved significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05);the students’ emotional and volitional participation dimensions,with statistically significant differences(p < 0.05);the experimental class students’ scores in the dimensions of challenge,novelty,pleasure and overall interest in the classroom were significantly higher,with statistically significant differences(p < 0.05).The main findings of this study are:(1)The micro video-based optimized 7th grade physical education teaching model is based on the conventional physical education teaching model and optimized by using the reorganization method,including the components of physical education teaching guideline,teaching unit,teaching operation procedure and teaching evaluation system.(2)The application of the seventh grade physical education teaching model based on micro-video optimization in the seventh grade physical education classroom can improve students’ autonomy in physical education learning and increase students’ emotional and volitional participation in the classroom.(3)The application of micro-video-based optimized seventh grade physical education teaching model in seventh grade physical education classroom can improve students’ comprehensive dribble lay-up performance,and there is a significant improvement effect on volleyball in-situ self-pad ball but it does not show outstanding advantages.(4)The application of micro-video based optimized seventh grade physical education teaching model in seventh grade physical education classroom teaching can improve students’ overall interest in physical education situations,improve the challenge,novelty and pleasure of the classroom,and achieve good teaching effect.
