| As an official Olympic event, wrestling has a relatively long history of development. It has evolved into two major categories, namely classical wrestling and freestyle wrestling.Among them, classical wrestling has a longer development time.It originated in ancient Rome and is a sport with strong antagonism. The strength factors of each joint of athletes are particularly important for the study of the characteristics of the muscle strength of each joint of athletes. However,so far, many scholars in my country have only conducted related research on a single joint, and the research direction is relatively scattered.Purpose: To this end, this research mainly uses systematic research theoretical levels to test muscle strength at different joints and different speeds for outstanding male classical wrestlers in Jiangsu Province. The test results are used to analyze in detail the maximum strength, rapid strength, and rapid strength of each joint muscle strength of the athletes.Muscle endurance and stability and other index characteristics, while exploring the relationship between the muscle strength of each joint, and combining the analysis results to put forward corresponding optimization suggestions,in order to promote the development of my country’s classical wrestling. Methods: Through literature method, measurement method and mathematical statistics method, the muscle strength characteristics of Chinese outstanding male classical wrestlers were used as the research object, and 22 active-duty athletes of the Jiangsu male classical wrestling team were used as the test objects. The following conclusions were drawn: For male classical wrestlers, the waist and back position is the key part that supports them to participate in various sports, maintains body balance, and realizes power transmission.Test the relative peak torque, relative average peak torque, relative average power, work fatigue index,flexion-extension torque ratio at three speeds of 60°/s,180°/s,and 300°/s to reflect the muscle strength of the joint at different speeds.feature.Let the athlete perform joint activities before the formal warm-up,so that the body reaches a good state that meets the test, and then start the test machine to start the test.At the same time,it is necessary to measure the test athlete’s height, weight and the dimensional index of each upper and lower limbs, and record the basic test athletes Information is entered into the test instrument. The test athlete chooses a posture suitable for his own strength and sits in the test instrument, and fixes the test part to test the corresponding indicators at different speeds. After confirming that there are no missing test items, the test data is extracted and sent to the test instrument for processing and printing.Result: The difference in shoulder muscle strength between athletes and first-level athletes is mainly concentrated on the indicators of rapid strength and strength endurance, and the indicators increase with the level of athletes.Specifically, from the first-level athletes to the athletic master stage, various indicators representing fast strength and strength endurance have a large range of changes.Among them, the relative average power of the flexors and extensors, which represents fast power, has changed by 16.8% and 8.9%,respectively.The range of changes in the flexor and extensor fatigue index of strength endurance was 14.89% and 10.02%,respectively.Compared with first-class athletes, athletes have significant differences in the relative peak torque of the elbow joint extensor at 60 ° /s,that is,there is a significant difference in the maximum extensor strength index, which shows that strength quality is of great significance to the elbow joint. At the same time, there is also a big difference in the 180°/s index of the extensor and flexor work fatigue index(but slightly smaller than the change range of the relative peak torque of the extensor 60°/s),indicating that strength endurance is also the main force for changes in the elbow joint stage. The muscle strength indexes of the wrist joints of athletes and first-class athletes are significantly different, mainly in the three types of extensor fatigue index180°/s,extensor fatigue index 300°/s,and relative peak flexor torque 180°/s.In terms of indicators,it shows that the wrist joints are mainly manifested in maximum strength and strength endurance strength, and these two characteristics need to be highlighted. The difference between the extensor muscles of athletes and first-level athletes is mainly reflected in the relative peak torque of 60°/s,the relative average peak torque of 60°/s,the relative average peak torque of 180°/s,the relative peak torque of 300 ° /s,and the relative average. The seven indicators of peak torque300°/s,relative average power 180°/s,and work fatigue index 300°/s all show significant differences, and there is no very significant difference. Conclusion: Through the research results,it is found that there are significant differences in the maximum strength of the lower back and the muscle strength of athletes of different levels, which fully proves the characteristics of the maximum strength of the lower back. There are significant differences in the maximum strength of the elbow joint extensor muscle strength indicators of athletes of different levels, indicating that the maximum strength has an important effect on the elbow joint. At the same time, there are also obvious differences in the strength and endurance indicators of the elbow joint of athletes of different levels.Strength is of great significance to the elbow joint. The differences in the muscle strength of the shoulder joints of male classical wrestlers of different levels are mainly concentrated on the muscle strength indicators of fast strength and strength endurance.Among athletes of different levels, the differences in knee muscle groups are mainly manifested in maximum strength, rapid strength and strength endurance, and the indicators of each muscle group will increase with the improvement of the athlete’s level.Among athletes of different levels, the differences in wrist, hip, and ankle muscle groups are mainly manifested in maximum strength and strength endurance, and the indicators of each muscle group will increase as the athlete’s level increases. |
