Objectives:This study based on the tests of muscle strength, joint mobility and balance ability of lower limbs, lower limb joint mobility balance ability test, the test results if there is a difference, to study the reasons of the differences, is to learn about the state of muscle strength, joint mobility and balance ability of the female students' lower limbs majoring in aerobics and basketball, Lower limb muscle strength, joint mobility and balance ability of aerobics and basketball and the importance of athletes and how to improve muscle strength, joint mobility and balance ability of lower limbs and for calisthenics special scientific training plan and better provides the theory basis for the development of the aerobics and basketball sports career. Methods:Pick 20 female college students majoring in basketball and 20 in aerobics, ranging from 18 to 25 years old, in good health, without history of sport injury and mean practice period is 1 to 3 years. Measure knee stretch and buckling of maximum muscle strength with lower limb muscle strength tester, lower extremity hip stretch and buckling of the biggest joint activity with a protractor subjects and balance ability for 10 seconds in four states—two-leg standing with eye-open, one-leg standing with eye-open, two-leg standing with eye-closed and one-leg standing with eye-closed.Results:1. The maximum right knee muscle strength of students majoring in aerobics when stretch back is less than that of students majoring in basketball, with significant difference(p < 0.01);at the same time, the maximum right knee muscle strength of students majoring in aerobics when bend forward is also less than that of students majoring in basketball, with significant difference(p < 0.01).2. The largest hip joint mobility of students majoring in aerobics when stretch back is better than that of students majoring in basketball, with significant difference(p < 0.01); The largest hip joint mobility of students majoring in aerobics when bend forward is better than that of students majoring in aerobics, also with significant difference(p < 0.01).3. The parameters of the two groups of participants in the condition of open feet x axis, covering 90% of ellipse area index and index of LFS and close my eyes feet state parameter x axis, elliptical area and LFS have significant difference(p < 0.01),two groups of subjects in him only one foot state parameters of the x axis of the x axis and close my eyes one foot conditions have difference(p < 0.05), and two groups ofsubjects of LFS him only one foot conditions, elliptical area and close your eyes one foot of LFS, elliptical area had significant difference(p < 0.01); Aerobics special students open one foot in the state of the parameters of ellipse area, LFS and basketball special students open one foot in the state of the parameters of ellipse area with LFS have significant difference(p < 0.01), and aerobics special students superior to the basketball; Aerobics special students in open feet, close my eyes, close your eyes one foot feet state parameter x axis, elliptical area and LFS and basketball special students in open feet, close my eyes, close your eyes one foot feet state parameter x axis, elliptical area and LFS no difference(p > 0.05).Research summary:1. The maximum right knee muscle strength of students majoring in aerobics when stretch back or bend forward is less than that of students majoring in basketball.2. The largest hip joint mobility of students majoring in aerobics when stretch back or bend forward better than that of students majoring in basketball.3. The balance ability of students majoring in aerobics in one-leg standing with eye-open is better than that of students majoring in basketball.4. The balance ability of students majoring in aerobics under two-leg standing with eye-open state, one-leg standing with eye-closed state and two-leg standing with eye-closed state and that of students majoring in basketball have no significant difference.
