| With the continuous and stable development of my country’s education in the new era,people’s requirements and expectations for teachers are increasing day by day,and teachers are facing tremendous pressure and severe challenges.Elementary and middle school education is a particularly important component of my country’s national education system.Elementary and middle school educators face the same series of problems.On the one hand,they are under tremendous professional pressure,and on the other hand,the problem of job burnout is endless.No more,no less professional pressure is helpful to the professional development of elementary and middle school teachers,but if the excessive occupational pressure cannot be relieved quickly and effectively,it will lead to job burnout,which will affect the physical and mental health of teachers in primary and secondary schools differently,and even cause a large loss of teachers.Extensive literature studies have found that: 1.Primary and secondary school teachers are facing increasing professional pressure and increasingly severe job burnout.It is already an objective and important problem that needs to be resolved in the professional career of primary and secondary school teachers.2.Elementary and middle school teachers are a profession with high emotional labor.Experts and scholars have conducted separate studies on the relationship between the occupational stress and emotional labor,emotional labor and job burnout of teachers in elementary and middle schools.Emotional labor is not only different from physical labor but also different from mental labor.Teachers need to invest in high emotions throughout the teaching process and manage their own feelings to meet the expectations of students,parents,colleagues and the entire society.In the teaching process,once a teacher feels professional pressure,it will bring negative emotions such as anger and frustration into the classroom and affect the teaching experience.It may even lead to a decline in teacher performance,reduce personal accomplishment and exhaustion.It is not conducive to the long-term development of education and teaching.Only by maintaining the best mental state,teachers can devote more energy to work to reduce the negative emotions of fatigue and increase the enthusiasm for work.Therefore,this article introduces emotional labor as an intermediary variable to study the impact of primary and secondary school teachers’ work stress on job burnout,and actively explores the internal mechanism of emotional labor affecting teaching.It has important theoretical and practical significance.By reviewing and sorting out relevant literature at home and abroad,this study constructed occupational stress as an independent variable,emotional labor and its three-dimensionality(surface behavior,active deep behavior,and passive deep behavior)as an intermediate variable,and occupational burnout as an independent variable.Dependent variable research model.The research objects of this article are teachers from10 primary and middle schools in Anqing City,Anhui Province,uses SPSS23.0,and introduces AMOS17.0 statistical software on this basis,sorts out and analyzes the collected empirical data,and draws the following main research conclusions : First,the occupational stress of elementary and middle school teachers is positively correlated with job burnout;second,the occupational stress of elementary and middle school teachers is negatively related to emotional labor;third,the emotional labor of elementary and middle school teachers is positively correlated with job burnout.Among them,the apparent behavior of primary and middle school teachers has a significant positive influence on job burnout.Active deep behavior has a significant negative influence on job burnout.Passive deep behavior has a significant positive influence on job burnout;fourth,primary and secondary school teachers’ emotions Labor and its three-dimensional variables play a part of mediating role between occupational stress and job burnout.Finally,based on the results of this empirical test,the discussion was carried out,and at the same time,the corresponding suggestions on how to rationally manage primary and secondary school teachers in schools,reduce work fatigue and improve work enthusiasm,and pointed out the limitations of the research and future research Outlook. |
