| Collective teaching activity is an important link in kindergarten education life,to cultivate healthy children and carry out high-quality collective teaching activities,teachers should not only have solid professional knowledge and skills,but also have good teaching ethics,however,there are ethical problems in the collective teaching activities of kindergarten teachers,among them,the ethical problem of kindergarten novice teachers is more prominent.Therefore,this study explores the ethical issues of kindergarten novice teachers’ collective teaching activities.Taking all the new teachers in H kindergarten in Yuelu district of Changsha as the research object,this study studied the ethical problems of the new teachers in the collective teaching activities through interviews and observation methods.The research is divided into the following four parts:The first part is the introduction,mainly including the reason of the topic,research significance,definition of the concept,literature review and research methods.The second part combs the performance of the ethical problems in the collective teaching activities of the novice teachers in H Garden.Teaching fairness mainly for preschool children in unequal opportunity,seating arrangements are discrimination,unfair for the assessment of children and teachers "one person make a mistake,people being punished" phenomenon,teaching care problems mainly for children’s needs are not met,missing teaching respect and tolerance,teaching democracy problems mainly for children’s independent play a limited limited rights,children’s right to freedom of expression,limited right of children’s games,teaching responsibility mainly for teaching and neglect of children’s bad behavior correction and teaching schedule at random.In the third part,3 novice teachers from the 10 novice teachers in H Garden,who have different educational levels but the same teaching experience and major in preschool education,are selected to carry out observation and analysis of their 6 sections of collective teaching activities,and overall analysis of the commonness and difference of ethical issues in collective teaching activities of the 3 novice teachers.The fourth part analyzes the factors that affect the ethical problems in the collective teaching activities of novice kindergarten teachers from two aspects of teachers and kindergartens,and puts forward corresponding suggestions: Teachers’ education should pay more attention to the ethical training of normal university students;The training content of teaching ethics should be enhanced in post-service training.The novice teachers should strengthen the learning practice and improve the sensitivity of teaching ethics.Improve the professional environment of teachers and create a good ethical atmosphere. |
