| Kindergarten teacher’s response behavior refers to the teacher’s verbal or nonverbal processing and response to children’s answers to questions, which is both immediate and generative.Effective reasoning and answering can help enhance teacher-child interaction and communication, improve the quality of collective teaching activities, and better promote the growth and development of young children. This research takes three novice teachers and three backbone teachers in a kindergarten in Anshan City,Liaoning Province as the objects of observation, and uses observation, interview and comparative analysis to compare the reasoning and answering behavior of novice teachers and backbone teachers in collective teaching activities,to explore the differences and problems in the reasoning and answering behavior of novice teachers and backbone teachers,so as to put forward targeted suggestions and promote the professional development of the two types of teachers.By analyzing and dealing with the response behavior of novice and backbone teachers in collective teaching activities, and comparing the two types of teachers from three perspectives:reasoning cognition, reasoning implementation, and reasoning reflection, researchers have proposed improvement suggestions for both novice and backbone teachers. On the one hand, novice teachers should enhance their awareness of reasoning and answer, enhance their knowledge reserves of reasoning and answer, make assumptions about reasoning before the activity, focus on reasoning and continuously improve the quality of reasoning during the activity, strengthen reflection after the activity, and focus on daily accumulation. At the same time, they can also learn the excellent experience of backbone teachers by pairing with backbone teachers and apprentices.Kindergartens should also create learning opportunities and platforms related to problem-solving for novice teachers. On the other hand, backbone teachers should strengthen the learning of theoretical knowledge related to reasoning and answering, and at the same time, pay attention to nonverbal reasoning and improve their ability to use nonverbal reasoning and answering. |
