Under the catalysis of the epidemic situation,the online education market is in a fast development stage.From the perspective of the development of online education industry,teaching service is an important link between products and users,and the professionalism and high efficiency of teaching service quality is the key to the good reputation of online education products.The CRM background of online education provides teaching service personnel with the function of viewing and maintaining data such as course information,lecturer information and student information.With the increase of business complexity,the background information architecture of CRM is chaotic and the page framework is not uniform,which leads to poor background user experience and reduces the work efficiency of teaching services.This thesis focuses on the experience design optimization of online education CRM,namely AI operation background.By analyzing the characteristics and complexity of CRM back-end products,the design methods and design value measurement methods suitable for CRM back-end products are sorted out.In the business research stage,the background of AI operation background is combed through internal documents and user interviews,and the system architecture and business process are abstracted to provide reserved knowledge for further study.In the stage of user research,through satisfaction questionnaire and user interview,analyze the background use needs and user experience goals corresponding to different positions of background users.In the design stage,the interaction design ideas and schemes are elaborated from the structure layer,framework layer and presentation layer of product user experience,the brand design style of AI operation background is reconstructed,and the design specification and core page design of operation background are completed.After the design is completed,it is verified by usability testing and user evaluation that the design can effectively improves the usability and user satisfaction of the AI operation background.Through research and practice,this thesis finds that in the research process of CRM back-end product design,it is necessary to conduct sufficient business research to make the design logic meet the actual business requirements.As for the design value measurement of back-end products,we can build our own measurement model by using mature models and business characteristics to guide the design goals.In the details of background interaction design,when there are many background subsystems,the home page navigation can be established separately to provide users with the functio n of quickly entering target;Background products can flexibly combine different navigation forms according to business requirements,thus reducing the breadth and depth of information architecture level.In the actual implementation process of revised design,it is necessary to sort according to the priority of the design objectives,reasonably divide the optimization iteration progress,and implement it in stages.The background optimization design project of byte education operation was initiated and promoted by interactive designers,which provided design method reference for designers to lead the enterprise-level product experience optimization project and promote the implementation.
