| Stereotypes,which do people classify the cognitive roles in the process of social cognition,are the ideas and attitude on the cognitive groups and internal members that are simple,universial and stable.And it affects our impression on a certain group of people.With the convening of the eighteenth meeting,leaders at all levels are establishing a positive image and carrying out the construction work,which are paid more and more attention by people and come into public horizon gradually.In recent years,the image of the leading cadres has become increasingly prominent so that people have a certain cognitive attitude,which is affecting the promotion and development of the cause of the construction.As stereotype is a cognitive structure,the research on the stereotype of the leading cadres can enrich the content of research on the stereotype,on the other hand it can provide effective suggestions on building good leading cadres image,as a great force to build a good social atmosphere with psychology.In this paper,from the perspective of cognitive psychology-stereotyped,compiling a E-prime program is used to lead the cadres of this group as a research perspective,and the objects are assured as the university leading cadres and government officials.By this way,it is used to measure college students on the leadership of the implicit attitude.Methods: The free association test was used to describe the vocabulary,and the K-B method was used to measure the community characteristics and to determine the existence of the explicit stereotype.25 subjects were surveyed by university officials and government officials.100 subjects were tested by IAT to determine the presence of implicit stereotypes,and through explicit and implicit stereotyped studies Leading cadres and government officials in colleges and universities.The research results are as follows:(1)college students have a positive external stereotype of leading cadres in higher education,which is described actively as diligence,modesty and so on.The negative externalizing stereotype of government officials is characterized by negative words such as corruption and insolence;(2)the average response time of government officials that is matched to negative words to is 838 ms when the leading cadres in university is matched to positive words.The average response time of government officials that is matched to positive words was 915 ms when the university leadership is matched to negative words.And the results show that the average response time of the compatible task and the incompatible task indicates are significantly different,when the latter is significantly larger than the former(t = 2.871,p = 2.871).The comparison of the two response time indicates that college students have a positive implicit stereotype and negative stereotypes about government officials;(3)the implicit stereotype of college leaders and government officials is not significantly different between different genders(t=.744,p=0.459);(4)the implicit stereotype of the leading cadres of colleges and universities and the government’s is marginal significant difference between the students of liberal arts and sciences(t=1.990,p=0.050),and the students of sciences about implicit stereotype of leading cadres of colleges and universities is more positive than the students of arts,when the students of sciences about implicit stereotype of government officials is more negative than the students of arts;(5)there is no significant difference between students from different regions on the implicit stereotype between the college leadership and of government officials(p = 0.131).Throughout the whole results,there are explicit and implicit stereotypes on the university leading cadres and government officials,and the official officials of impression is negative,and the implicit stereotype has a relatively stable. |
