The rising divorce rate makes divorced single-parent families gradually become a common family model,and at the same time,more and more children are living in divorced families.The rapid development of body and mind in childhood,whether in self-identification,interpersonal relationship development,and social adaptation,is undergoing rapid changes.If the family is suddenly broken in childhood,it is easy to have a negative impact on their interpersonal communication and social adjustment.A large number of social work practices have proved that the intervention of professional methods of social work can effectively promote the healthy development of children.It can help children vent bad emotions through professional skills and methods,fully stimulate children’s potential,and improve children in a planned and step-by-step manner.The ability to help them solve problems and grow.This article takes the interpersonal skills of children from divorced families as an entry point,and uses casework methods to intervene in the client’s case under the guidance of a dominant perspective.First,use the interview method to understand the current situation of the client’s interpersonal communication from the aspects of the individual,family,and school.According to the actual situation of the client,analyze and summarize the current status of the client’s interpersonal skills from the three levels of self-cognition,emotional control,and social skills.Reasons,and then estimated the client’s needs from both personal and interpersonal levels.Secondly,from the perspective of advantage,it analyzes the advantages of the case owner from the personal level and the environmental level;and according to the current situation of the case owner’s ability to communicate,proposes the corresponding service goals and formulates the service plan.Thirdly,through the method of case work,the use of case service skills to specifically intervene with the client;finally,a summary and reflection on the practical process of case work using a superior perspective to intervene in improving the interpersonal skills of children from divorced families,and put forward some suggestions in combination with practice.Judging from the case intervention in this study,the use of superior perspective theory to help children from divorced families face their own problems,recognize their own advantages,learn to use their own advantages to solve problems,and enable children to better exert their own strength and improve their abilities.At the same time,the dominant perspective can better improve children’s self-confidence,guide their study and life,and help children grow up healthily.
