Case Work Involves Practical Research On Children's Interpersonal Communication Barriers In Divorced Families

With the continuous development of society and economy,China's family system is facing huge changes.The traditional family pattern is declining,while the diversified marriage and family pattern is rising.The freedom of love and marriage have become the social pursuit of the new era.The existence of divorced families is commonplace,and the divorced children are increasing quickly.Children are in the critical period of physical and mental health development.During this period,children from divorced families suddenly experience family fragmentation and family structure imbalances can easily lead to interpersonal communication obstacles.This phenomenon gradually increases with the increase in divorce rate.It has become a major social problem that needs to be improved and solved.Social work,as an maturing profession helping people to help themselves,can help clients releasing bad emotions and inspiring innovation through professional skills and methods,also can improve their capabilities to solve problem and upgrade themselves in a planned and step-by-step manner.This paper focuses on the problem of interpersonal communication disorder in divorced children from the perspective of social work,selecting Xiao Yi as a screening of divorced children in J primary school in Ji'an City.Firstly,using the theory for social work to analyze the causes and adverse effects of the obstacles of interpersonal communication from the individual,family,school and society.Secondly,developing professional and detailed service plans based on the detailed information of the service object and combined demand analysis.Thirdly,which based on the relevant literature and practical research on the communication disorder of children in divorced families,also the guidance of interpersonal theory and empowerment theory.Finally,this paper has made a summary and reflection about the practical process of case work served divorced children with interpersonal communication disorder.
