| Research objectives:In order to understand the current technical level of Chinese women 20 km race walkers,promote the integration of training and scientific research,and further improve the level and effect of professional training.In this paper,through analyzing and summarizing the technical characteristics of the top five women’s 20 km race walking athletes in the 2020 National Race Walking Championship,relevant technical parameters are obtained by scientific means and technical characteristics of the five athletes are objectively summarized.The data obtained from this study can provide the corresponding data and theoretical reference for the technical training of the reserve talents of race walking in China.Research Methods:In this paper,using the method of literature,kinematics analysis,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,the technical characteristics of five race walkers were studied.Results:1.Famous athletes show three trends of speed change: steady,fluctuating and sliding.2.In terms of step length,there is inconsistency between left and right single step length.At high speed and sprint stage,the average length of left and right single step was 112.8±2cm and 112.4±1.6cm,respectively,and the average length of single step was 112.6±1.6cm.In the sprint stage,the imbalance of step length still exists,among which the difference of Yangliujing single step length is the largest.3.Liu Hong has the technical characteristics of "big stride,high stride frequency";Yang Jiayu and Ni Yuanyuan have "long stride,low stride frequency";Qi Yang Shijie has the technical characteristics of "small stride,fast stride frequency";Yang Liujing has the technical characteristics of "small stride,small step frequency".4.The top four athletes’ sliding distance the left is greater onside than on the right side,and there is a significant difference in the kicking effect between the left and right ankles.Accordingly,the kicking effect of the right ankle is better than that of the left ankle,while Yangliujing is on the contrary.5.The average speed and sprint of the five athletes were 7.2±0.75 cm and7.6±1.2cm respectively.The undulation distance of the center of gravity in the high-speed stage and sprint is respectively Liu Hong 8cm and 7cm,Yang Jiayu 7m and 6cm,Qiyangshijie 6cm and 7cm,Ni Yuanyuan 7cm and 9cm,and Yang Liujing8 cm.9 cm.In the high speed stage,the mean time to lift up was 54±4.9 ms and 56±8ms,while in the sprint stage,the mean time to lift up was 60±8.9 ms and 56±10.1 ms.6.The average landing knee angles of the five athletes in the high speed and sprint stage were 179.7° and 179° on the left knee,and 179.8° and 179.7° on the right knee.Are greater than 175°.When the supporting leg is perpendicular to the ground,the knee joint Angle is more than 180°.The Angle of knee joint on the left side is less than that on the right side after the swing leg hits the ground.The Angle of the knee joint on the right side of the supporting leg is greater than that on the left side when it is perpendicular to the ground.The knee joint is well controlled when it is off the ground,and the Angle of the knee joint meets the requirements of the rules.Research Conclusions:1.The top five race walkers are divided into three types: smooth,undulating and sliding speed.2.The left and right step length is not balanced in each step,and there is a significant difference in the left and right step length between Yangliu static high-speed and sprint price stage.3.Liu Hong "big stride,high stride frequency";Yang Jiayu "big stride,medium stride frequency";Qi Yang Shijie "small stride,high stride frequency";Ni Yuanyuan "big stride,low stride frequency";Yangliujing "small stride,low stride frequency".Liu Hong’s technical characteristics are the decisive factor for her to reach a high level,while Yang Liujing’s technical characteristics restrict her sports performance and do not have an advantage in the competition.5.The top five athletes do not have the same distance from left to right sideslip.The left Angle from the ground is greater than the right Angle,indicating that the right ankle is better than the left ankle.6.The knee joints of the five athletes were fully straightened at the moment of landing.At the moment when the supporting leg is perpendicular to the ground,the knee joint Angle has obvious "antiarch".The right side of the knee joint Angle of the supporting leg is greater than the left side when it is perpendicular to the ground,and the knee joint Angle is reasonable when it is off the ground. |
