| Research purposes: Whether different arc approach will affect the athlete’s swinging leg technique,whether changing the approach arc can optimize the athlete’s swinging leg technique,and whether it can provide help for the take-off link.In order to accurately analyze the problem,domestic and foreign scholars have put forward a series of articles and reports related to this research.The three arcs of large,medium and small are used as observation points to compare the technical aspects of swinging legs in the approach and take-off links.Use kinematics knowledge to analyze the changes,find the different arcs and the influence on the swinging leg technique,so that the coach can more accurately judge the athlete’s technique and provide timely guidance and advice to the athletes who have problems in the technical links.Adjustment.While helping athletes deepen their understanding of the high jump,they should also pay attention to the support and swing links of the swinging leg.Research method: Using literature method,expert interview method and other methods,collect and sort out various data related to three different arcs,approach and take-off phases of five male high jumpers,and swing legs.According to the displayed data information,compare the physical changes of the athletes,compare the overall correlation between the 5 subjects,and look for the changes in the swinging leg technique of the subjects at different technical stages under different arcs.Research result:1.The average speed of the five athletes during the swing leg support and the approach run during the swing period are all large arcs>medium arcs>small arcs.2.Each athlete’s introversion angle of the soles of the legs and soles of the swinging legs in the second step is the largest in the large arc and smallest in the small arc.3.The five athletes swing their legs and soles in the second step.The average value of the knee and ankle angles at an instant,small arc>medium arc>large arc,the angle of the knee and ankle joints on the arcs of different take-off heights has small fluctuations.4.The angles of the knee and ankle joints at the moment when the swinging leg is off the ground are the largest arcs and the smallest arcs.The angles of the knees and ankles on the arcs with different take-off heights have small fluctuations.5.The smaller the athlete’s approach arc,the greater the average angular velocity of the swing.6.The height of the center of gravity on the three different arcs of each athlete’s take-off height is less fluctuating.At the same time,the smaller the athlete’s approach arc,the higher the height of the take-off center of gravity.Analysis conclusion:1.The horizontal speed of the center of gravity during the swing leg support and swing phase increases with the expansion of the arc;but compared to the horizontal speed loss rate of the approach,the last two steps of the small arc approach have the least speed loss,the stride is stable,and the center of gravity fluctuates slightly,which is more conducive to athletes.Preparation before the jump.In the process of connecting the second step and the backward step,the smaller the arc,the higher the speed utilization rate,and the smoother performance and connection of each action link;2.In the second step swinging leg support stage,the larger torso inward tilt can increase the vertical working distance;the small arc approach can enable the athlete to obtain a larger inward tilt and help the athlete obtain a relatively better posture before the jump;larger knees Angles and ankle angles can help athletes obtain a better posture before the jump,while maintaining the continuity of the approach,and will not excessively reduce the height of the center of gravity for the take-off;3.The angle of the knee joint at the moment when the swing leg is off the ground directly affects the swing radius of the swing leg.The run-up arc is small,the angle of the knee and ankle joints of the swinging leg is small,the swing radius is small,and the swing speed is fast;4.The smaller the arc,the greater the average swing angular velocity of the swing link of the swing leg,and the mechanical energy can be transmitted to the limbs during take-off and braking,so as to share the burden of the kick-off leg;5.The smaller the arc,the greater the angle of the take-off center of gravity.The larger the angle of take-off,the horizontal rate of approach can be converted to the vertical rate more reasonably;at the same time,the higher the take-off center of gravity is,which is more beneficial to athletes.Complete the jump bar action. |
