| In recent years,most of the penalties received by Chinese race walkers are emptying penalties,which shows that there are great problems in the emptying technology of Chinese women ’s race walking.However,from the perspective of biomechanics,the problems in the emptying are mainly caused by the post-support stage.Therefore,this paper uses the methods of literature,biomechanical measurement,image analysis,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis to analyze the post-support technology of the top five women ’s 20 km athletes in the Tokyo Olympic Games.By analyzing the technical analysis of the upper limbs,lower limbs and trunk of the five athletes and the influence of the post-support technology on the emptying technology,the problems existing in the athletes ’ technology are found out.Strive to improve the standardization of race walking technology,reduce or even avoid technical penalties.Research shows that :1 The trunk forward angle of China ’s elite female race walkers increases with the increase of speed,which is in line with the technical movement of race walking,and the whole is within the reasonable range of the world ’s elite athletes,and the trunk posture is good.2 The swing speed of the upper limb shoulder and elbow joint of the elite female race walkers in China increases with the increase of speed and the speed of the elbow joint is greater than that of the shoulder joint,which conforms to the technical law of race walking.And the arm swing angle increases with the increase of speed,the shoulder joint is more relaxed.However,from the perspective of the angle between the big and small arms,except for Yang Jiayu,the angle between the big and small arms of the other four athletes decreases with the increase of speed,and the upper limbs are more tense.3 The swing speed of hip and knee joint of Chinese elite female race walkers increases with the increase of speed,which is in line with the law of race walking.The swing speed of knee joint is greater than that of hip joint,which is in line with the law of swing and has better swing technology.However,the angle between the two thighs and the angle of the back pedal in China are relatively small compared with the world ’s elite athletes and need to be further improved.4 Chinese athletes increase the flight distance as much as possible while controlling the flight time,showing a relatively good flight technology,but the flight time of Chinese athletes is in the time limit of fuzzy flight penalty,and there is the possibility of being sentenced.At the same time,the flight distance of Chinese athletes has insufficient balance at different speeds.This has a great reason for the relatively poor angle between the big and small arms of Chinese athletes and the relatively poor technology of front swing and back pedaling. |
