A Study On The Enhancement Of College Students’ Employability Under The Threshold Of Marx’s Theory Of The Comprehensive Development Of Human Being

Nowadays,the difficult employment situation of college students in China is widely concerned by all walks of life,and one of the major internal causes of the difficult employment of college students is the lack of employability of college students.The strength or weakness of the employability of university students directly affects the quality of their employment,and the enhancement of employability is related to the overall development of university students themselves.The main objective of this paper is to study in depth the guiding role of Marx’s theory of comprehensive human development on the enhancement of employability of university students,and to improve the current situation of the lack of employability of university students.Firstly,the introductory part summarizes the background and significance of the chosen topic,and discusses the necessity of enhancing the employability of university students from different aspects.Secondly,this paper defines the concepts related to the employability of university students and summarises several important elements of Marx’s theory of the comprehensive development of human being and also summarises the enrichment of the theory of comprehensive human development by the leadership collective of the Communist Party of China.Again,the relationship between Marx’s theory of comprehensive human development and the employability of university students is introduced,and the guiding value of Marx’s theory of the comprehensive development of human being for the enhancement of university students’ employability is put forward.Finally,it analyzes the current situation of College Students’ employability and the existing problems of College Students’ employability,and finds out the reasons for the problems of College Students’ employability.At the end of this paper,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the improvement of College Students’ employability,and integrates the guiding role of Marx’s theory of the comprehensive development of human being into all aspects of the improvement of College Students’ employability,So as to promote the all-round development of college students and provide a strong force for the socialist development of our country.Guided by the state,coordinated by the society,and under the guidance of Marx’s theory of the comprehensive development of human being,we can optimize the employability of university students and improve their employability,so that they can truly provide comprehensive talents for the needs of society and the market.
