Research On The Cultivation Of College Students' Innovative Quality In The Perspective Of The Comprehensive Development Of Marx's Theory

People's all-round development is an important goal of China's socialist talents cultivation.Marxist theory of people's all-round development serves as a theoretical underpinning of this goal which is inherited and developed by the CPC central leading bodies.As the hard core of the future socialist construction,University students are important to the future society.An innovative country needs innovative students.Therefore,the innovative quality cultivation of university students is extremely urgent.As the theoretical basis of higher education in modern China,theory of people's all-round development has guiding significance to the innovative quality cultivation of university students.In this paper,the starting point is the theory of people's all-round development and the foothold is the innovative quality cultivation of university students.By analyzing the relationship between the theory of people's all-round development and the innovative quality cultivation of university students,it is found that the innovative quality cultivation of university students must be carried out based on the theory of people's all-round development.The article is mainly divided into five parts.Firstly,the background,purpose,significance and the research status are introduced.The research methods and innovations are also presented.In the second part,Marxist theory of people's all-round development is introduced,including its basic components and realization condition.In the third part,the insufficients of the innovative quality cultivation of university students and the reason of the insufficients is presented.In the fourth part,the new recommendations for the innovative quality cultivation of university students is proposed based on Marxist theory of people's all-round development.
