A Research On Developing College Students’ Employability Based On The Career Development Theory

College students’ employment has always been one of the topics that attracted attention from Universities, government and society. Today,with increasingly fiercer competiton in college students employment, the rapid development of higher education and gradually increase of the number of college graduate in our country, as well as the emergence of "new economic model", the difficulty of students employment has turned into one of the focus issues in the whole society.,among which the development of employability among college students is the key link to solve these problems.Guided by the “All-round Development of Human Being” theory and “The Five Development Philosophy” of President Xi Jin Ping’s thought and based on career development theory,this thesis,among everything,illustrates the following three points.First,the significance of developing college students’ employability systematically by combining it with social reality in China.The results suggest that developing college students’ employablity is one of the fundamental approaches to alleviating their pressure on employment.And,thoroughly analyses the reason that caused this problem and the most influential effects of which including objectives and strategy, major-setup, teachers’ quality, training system and students’ career choices.Finally,works out a feasible approach to develop students’ employability by using advanced experiences abroad as references,which is to help Universities as main channel come into play, emphasize students’ independence and intensify the effect of government as guidance in exploring the practical approach to college students’ employability development.This research is creative that it is established in the “All-Round Development of Human Being” in Marxism and reasonably analyses the difficulty of college students’ employment,hence provided instrumental advises for college students’ employability development.
