| Research background: This study explores the health and physical fitness status of College Students under the background of COVID-19.Research purposes: the first is to study the connotation,structure and extension of College Students’ health and physical fitness,enrich the concepts put forward by original scholars,increase the theoretical width of academic concepts,no longer simply pay attention to the body function in biological characteristics,but have social adaptability and cover a more comprehensive connotation of health and sports,so as to promote the academic development in the field of College Students’ health and physical fitness;The second is to use the method of quantitative research to carry out a scientific questionnaire survey of college students,make a confirmatory analysis of the research hypothesis,and then clarify the current situation and influencing factors of College Students’ health and physical fitness;Thirdly,according to the results of theoretical research and empirical research,this paper puts forward the operation strategies for the improvement of College Students’ health and physical fitness,and comprehensively analyzes the health and physical fitness improvement strategies from multiple perspectives,so as to provide accurate theoretical evidence for policy makers.Research methods: there are mainly literature research,image analysis,standardized analysis,questionnaire survey and data analysis.The specific data analysis methods include descriptive analysis,reliability and validity test and multiple linear regression analysis.Research results: main research results 1: it enriches the concept of healthy physical fitness.Healthy physical fitness is the ability of individuals to have energy,vitality,ability to do some work and learning tasks in daily life,and no discomfort.It mainly includes physical fitness,psychological fitness and social fitness.Result 2: through the questionnaire,it is measured that the current situation of College Students’ health and physical fitness is at a medium level,and there is still room for improvement.Results 3: the influencing factors of College Students’ health and physical fitness mainly include age,student cadre experience,achievement level,self-reported health status,bad eating habits,average daily sleep time and the length of mobile phone use.The conclusion is that it is necessary to improve the health and physical fitness of college students,which needs full attention from all levels of society.Based on the above research conclusions,this study focuses on the health ecology model from the macro perspective(encouraging the creation of a safe and friendly social practice environment for college students in the society,etc.)The promotion strategies of College Students’ health and physical fitness are put forward at the three levels of meso(the school pays attention to the cultivation of College Students’ health and physical fitness,curriculum,etc.)and micro(college students should develop good living habits,especially in the aspects of sleep,diet and mobile phone use).Therefore,the output theory of the research is helpful to protect college students’ physical and mental health and promote the coordinated development of College Students’ various qualities,It has important theoretical and practical significance. |
