Abstract/Summary:
College students are a special group of the society,a leading group of new technology and new ideas,a senior professional trained by the state,and the key to the prosperity of the nation.However,in the past 30 years,the physical level of college students in China has continued to decline.College students are facing unprecedented crisis and challenge.College students’ physical crisis has touched on the national security and national survival.Although our country began to carry out college students’ physical fitness test in 2007,the level of College Students’ physical health is not only not improved,but also decreased.The reason is that college students’ physical health test focuses on testing but neglects follow-up service management.As the "main battlefield" to improve the physical health status of teenagers,in order to achieve the overall improvement of the physical health level of college students,we must change the focus of our work,We must run through the concept of "health management" in school physical education.In order to enhance the physical health level of college students,this paper uses the methods of questionnaire,experiment,mathematical statistics,etc.,based on the concept of "health management" and the theory of stratified teaching,taking college students’ physical health performance as the stratified standard,divides the experimental objects into three groups,and carries out stratified teaching of physical education.After the experiment,the experimental data before and after the intervention of the three groups are respectively carried out Through comparison and analysis,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)In view of the current situation of College Students’ physical health,it has become the focus of the physical health test work to carry out precise intervention in college students’ physical health.Through the stratified teaching experiment of physical education,it has been proved that precise intervention in college students’ physical health is one of the effective measures to improve the decline of students’ physical health,and stratified teaching intervention in physical education is an effective means of health intervention.(2)Layered teaching theory is a reasonable layered basis for the experimental objects.Based on the scientific analysis of the physical health test data,this paper takes the physical health test results of college students as the layered standard of the experimental objects.The college students were divided into three groups: qualified group(≥ 60 points),unqualified group(≤60 points)(obese students),exempt group(students with diseases).(3)According to the theory and practical experience of stratified teaching,targeted teaching contents,objectives and courses are set for three groups of students,and targeted and personalized teaching intervention and guidance are carried out.(4)The experimental results show that the stratified teaching of physical education helps to improve the physical health of college students,and plays an active role in promoting the physical health of college students.After 18 weeks of stratified physical education,the level of mental health and physical health of college students in each group has been improved to a certain extent;the level of physical health of college students in the qualified group and unqualified group has increased significantly;the level of mental health of students in the exempt group and unqualified group has been greatly improved.
