A Study On Evaluation Of Referee’s Judgment Ability In Hubei University Basketball League

In recent years,with the performance of college players in CBA draft becoming more and more brilliant,the topic of college basketball League is attracting more and more attention.As the province with the largest number of colleges and universities in central China,Hubei province will dedicate many exciting matches in grassroots league every year,and the exciting matches are often separated from the topic of referee’s penalty.As the platform of the highest competitive level of college basketball league,whether the referee’s on-the-spot judgment ability meets the requirements of the competition will be an indispensable factor for each team to maximize their technical and tactical level.In this paper,through the literature method,expert interview method,Delphi method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,analytic hierarchy process and video observation method of seven scientific research methods,after determining 5 first-level indicators,21 second-level indicators,calculate the weight of each indicator,the production of referee on-the-spot judgment quantitative scoring table.During the tournament,it is distributed to the technical representatives of each match point,and the total score of referees on the spot is calculated according to the weight ratio.According to the score of each index,problems existing in referees at all levels in Hubei province are found out,and finally the following conclusions are drawn:1.The on-the-spot referees of Hubei University Basketball League perform well in the ability index of understanding and applying rules.The on-the-spot referees’ punishment is well-grounded and the correct judgment rate is high,but a few referees still have confused understanding of rules and unclear cognition of actions,leading to the occurrence of mistakes and omissions.2.On-the-spot referees of Hubei University Basketball League are proficient in refereeing methods,timely selecting and placing positions during on-the-spot refereeing,and most of them can correctly choose open and close angles for observation;When acting as a leading referee,most referees have the awareness to start the wheel in time and quickly switch to the best viewing Angle.In the execution of the procedure of sentencing to the recording desk,the procedure of sentencing is clear,and the consistency of gesture and language is strong,which reflects the strong ability of basic judgment skills.3.Referees in hubei province for the game in the premiership and on-the-spot control over the level and the growth of the number of board laid off a larger difference,young referees in of board and cutting the intensity is high,the score of a close game when affected by putting pressure on the players or coaches,lack of reasonable ability to apply the rules of management at the same time,During the match there were mistakes and over-reliance on the referee.4.Hubei province basketball league on-the-spot referees high degree of confidence,but face a level of attention and arousal level as Sai Hui Zhi game long enough,and their work when the on-the-spot of subjective and objective causes such as cutting the phenomenon of instability,and anxiety level with the improvement of referee level decreases,and the other women at the same level to judge the anxiety level of common than men.
