Role game refers to the children according to their inner will through imitation and imagination,looking for game material or alternative material,imitate the role of their own imagination,then through their own expression change,body movements,language,the role of their inner imagination in real life of a game.He not only promotes children’s social development,but also promotes children’s cognitive,language and creative development.Middle class children are the peak of the development of symbolic thinking,so middle class children love role games very much.During this period,children can independently choose the theme of the game and design the game plot and communicate with their peers.Middle class is an important period to observe the development level of children’s role games.Good interaction between teachers and children can promote the smooth development of role games,meet children’s desire to get teachers’ attention,and also enhance the feelings between teachers and children.In this study,role games were combined with the interaction between teachers and children,and the observation and interview methods of 120 children in the middle class and 9 teachers in a kindergarten in Xining city were observed and recorded in the natural state of role games.Statistics and analysis were conducted from the five dimensions of interactive subject,interactive theme,interactive content,interactive form and interactive result of the interaction between teachers and children in a kindergarten in Xining city.Through the observation and analysis of the current situation,we find that the problems in kindergarten role games: teachers understand children’s subjectivity;the interaction theme organized by teachers is unstable,block the continuity of interaction;the interaction between teachers and children with clear purpose,block the channel of emotional communication;the lack of enthusiasm between teachers and children,eliminate the internal emotion of interaction;teachers mandatory interaction dispel children’s interaction.Some suggestions are proposed for the problems of teacher-child interaction in middle class role games,namely,clear role positioning,control teacher training,reduce teacher-child ratio,improve teacher evaluation quality,change teacher concept,improve teacher professional skills,create role game ring suitable for children’s development;respect children’s game willingness,and play their subjectivity.
