Preschool is a critical period for children to receive gender education.Gender education carried out by teachers is conducive to improving children’s understanding of gender knowledge on the one hand,and to helping children correct their biased view of gender on the other hand.Therefore,it is of great importance to carry out gender education and transmit the correct view of gender education for children.This study observed F the kindergarten middle shift teachers and children in the teaching activities,games,activities,life activities focus on three aspects of interactive behavior,on the understanding of the basic situation of the research object,observe and record the class’ s and grade’s teachers in one day life classroom young interactive situation,trying to show a student teacher in gender differences in interaction of real situation of expectations.Based on the social gender theory,bourdieu’s sociology theory,the perspective of cognitive development theory and symbolic interaction theory,on the field investigations of F the kindergarten middle shift process,using the method of field research,supplemented by observation,semi-structured interview and case analysis method for teachers in the real situation in the process of interactions with young children for record analysis.Research shows that there are obvious gender differences in teachers’ expectations in class: "male and female differences" in interaction frequency,"male and female differences" in interaction mode,and "male and female differences" in interaction content.In this regard,through in-depth analysis of relevant data and case data with the help of scholars’ theories,the researchers concluded four reasons behind the hidden reasons,which are respectively the stereotyped gender education consciousness of teachers and the lack of ability;Single-gender environment in kindergarten and the influence of children’s reading materials;Government measures related to gender education have not been fully implemented in preschool education;Traditional social culture influences the shaping of teachers’ ideas of gender education.Finally,some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.Researchers believe that education suggestions should be put forward from four aspects: teachers,kindergartens,government and society.First of all,improve teachers’ bisexual education concept and practice scientific education behavior.Preschool teachers should consciously improve the sensitivity of gender concept and practice effective gender education behavior in screening;Secondly,kindergartens should create a good gender environment and atmosphere.To create both explicit and implicit environment,children’s books with correct gender consciousness should be selected.Government departments have improved gender education policies and created a favorable educational environment.Attach importance to the study and re-study of gender equality education before and after teachers’ service,expand the team of preschool teachers with gender awareness;Finally,society should spread correct gender values and promote a positive social culture.Establish a gender-conscious team to compile early childhood teaching materials and strengthen the examination and supervision of various channels for the dissemination of cultural information.In order to provide some help to improve the quality of teacher-child interaction education through the above corresponding education suggestions.
