| There are a lot of lack of honesty and credit behavior among college students,and with the continuous development of social economy,the lack of honesty and credit among college students is becoming more and more serious.Tracing back to the source,the problem occurs between the transformation of honesty knowledge and practice of college students.Based on this discovery,this paper carries out research on the breakthrough point of honesty knowledge and behavior of college students.First of all,through the literature analysis method to summarize the previous studies,it is found that there is no lack of research on the integrity education of college students in the academic world,but there are few studies on the integrity knowledge and practice,and most of the research is carried out in the form of questionnaire,which tends to carry out quantitative research on the integrity of college students.While fully grasping the basic situation of college students’ honesty and solving the current honesty problem,this research tendency also has certain subjectivity.Therefore,based on previous studies,the study is carried out from the perspective of game analysis,and the related concepts of good faith knowledge and action and game analysis are defined,which lays a foundation for further research.Secondly,it combs the development of Chinese and Western sincerity knowledge and practice,and carries on the comparative study.As a universal moral,honesty has been highly valued in China and the West,but in the process of its development,China and the West show different tendencies.The traditional concept of honesty and credit in China advocates the development of honesty and credit through selfcultivation,cognition and other ways of internal self-discipline,that is,knowledge promotes action;In the west,legal rules are often used to regulate the development of honesty from external constraints,that is,action promotes knowledge.Thirdly,based on the game model,it is found that in order to fundamentally promote the development of honesty knowledge and behavior of college students,we should not only give proper play to the role of situational constraints,but also improve the expectation of honesty interests of college students,and reduce the expectation of dishonest interests of college students.In the research on how to promote the integrity of knowledge and action of college students by adjusting their interest expectations,the reward is introduced into the game model as an independent variable,and it is found that the change of interest expectations of college students can be realized through the combination of rewards and punishments,among which the effect of rewards is more obvious than that of punishment.In the process of implementing the reward,the reward is subdivided into spiritual reward and material reward,and the conclusion is drawn that the effect of spiritual reward is better than material reward.Finally,based on the reference to the western honesty construction and development and the game analysis of college students’ honesty knowledge and practice,Study by enriching the content of college students’ honesty cognitive education,create a universal moral integrity atmosphere,reasonable use of rewards and punishments measures,improve the college students credit archives and improve the integrity of related system and the supervision mechanism and other measures to deepen the cognition integrity,consolidate credit behavior,finally realizes the integrity of college students knowledge development. |
