Research On The Academic Integrity Anomie Of Graduate Students From The Perspective Of Game Theory

The prevention and control of graduate students’ academic dishonesty behavior is an important subject to purify academic atmosphere,create scientific research atmosphere and improve academic quality.It is also a prerequisite for graduate students,as an important reserve force of academic research,to undertake the social mission of supporting high-level scientific research self-reliance and leading the prosperity and development of philosophy and social sciences.However,in recent years,the frequent disclosure of graduate students’ academic integrity anomic behavior proves that the prevention and management of this phenomenon is still a major problem troubling the development of academic quality.Taking this as the starting point,this study adopts literature research method,game analysis method,investigation method,interview method and case analysis method to comprehensively consider the status quo of implicit benefit of postgraduate academic research activities which are inevitably affected by value rationality under the development background that knowledge economy enhances intellectual capital and gives academic achievements more value status.By introducing game analysis theory,The purpose is to make a more in-depth and objective analysis of the misconduct of academic integrity of graduate students and explore the corresponding prevention and treatment path.First of all,it defines the concepts related to the academic integrity anomie of graduate students,and discusses the feasibility and appropriateness of the research on the academic integrity anomie of graduate students from the perspective of game theory from three aspects: the hypothesis of "rational man",the unity of opposition between economic rationality and moral rationality,and the internal connection between the academic integrity anomie of graduate students and game,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research in the following paper.Secondly,through an integrated analysis of the cases of academic integrity anomy of graduate students publicly reported from 2007 to 2022,it is concluded that the academic integrity anomy of graduate students at the present stage presents a realistic representation of multiple and easy occurrence and various types.Based on this dilemma,further reflection is made.This paper discusses the potential harm caused by the repeated misconduct of postgraduate academic integrity from the perspective of the declining vitality of the conformal development of universities and the retarding of the construction of strong country of postgraduate education.Moreover,the game model between postgraduate students and universities,periodicals and postgraduate students is constructed respectively for solving and analyzing.On this basis,the current situation is grasped by combining investigation and interview.This paper summarizes the causes of the improper behavior of graduate students’ academic integrity,such as the low integration degree of compulsory measures and non-compulsory measures,the weak supervision of academic integrity in universities,the lack of management of academic journals,the alienation of academic evaluation system,the weak awareness of academic self-discipline and the imbalance of academic benefit distribution,and takes this as the focus of solving the dilemma and lays the foundation for the following new bureau.Finally,based on the game analysis of the root causes and governance of graduate students’ academic dishonesty behavior,from the three dimensions of universities,academic journals,and individual graduate students to explore the prevention of graduate students’ academic dishonesty behavior.Including the construction or improvement of supervision mechanism,punishment mechanism,evaluation mechanism and education mechanism to optimize the academic integrity cultivation mechanism of colleges and universities,in order to improve the awareness of academic integrity of postgraduates and avoid academic integrity misconduct consciously;To improve the management system of academic journals and rectify the grey industry chain of academic journals,to cut off the triangular trade chain between papers,money and journals to reduce the external stimulus;By awakening the academic purpose of graduate students and strengthening the construction of graduate community to cultivate graduate students’ academic self-discipline,in order to establish a new situation of the management of graduate students’ academic dishonesty,long-term prevention of graduate students’ academic dishonesty behavior.
