Research On The Inheritance And Development Of Yushe Overlord Whip From The Intangible Cultural Heritage Perspective

Yushe Overlord Whip is a traditional folk sports activity originating from the Yushe area.It has a history of more than a thousand years.Its performances are sonorous and rhythmic,with typical local characteristics.However,with the development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,especially the impact of western sports culture under globalization,the living space of traditional folk sports culture in our country is constantly being squeezed and gradually disappeared from the public’s field of vision.Part of the intangible culture The legacy is even facing a crisis of inheritance.As a local intangible cultural heritage,Yushe Overlord Whip also faces the same problem.Although it was selected as the intangible cultural heritage list of Shanxi Province in 2006,the situation has been slightly alleviated,but the inheritance and development of Yushe Overlord Whip However,it is facing a severe test.In order to continue the inheritance and development of the intangible cultural heritage-Yushe Overlord Whip,this article uses the methods of documentary data,field surveys,expert interviews and logical analysis methods,taking the inheritance and development of the Yushe Overlord Whip as the research object.Analyze the historical origin,action system and inheritance status of Yushe Overlord Whip,find out the factors restricting the inheritance and development of Yushe Overlord Whip,and put forward relative suggestions.This article is divided into 5 chapters.The first chapter is the preface,which mainly elaborates the basis of this article and its research significance.The second chapter is the literature review.Through the related literature of intangible cultural heritage,the research literature of sports intangible cultural heritage and the research literature of Yushe Overlord Whip,it analyzes and summarizes the previous research results from three angles.The third chapter mainly explains the research methods of this article,including literature method,field survey method,expert interview method and logical analysis method.The fourth chapter starts with the historical origin of Yushe Overlord Whip,investigates and analyzes the props,costumes,learning and training methods of Yushe Overlord Whip,and has a further understanding of Yushe Overlord Whip.Secondly,it investigates the value of Yushe Overlord’s Whip and analyzes its characteristics as an intangible cultural heritage.Finally,analyze the inheritance of Yushe Overlord Whip,understand the current inheritance status of Bawangbian,find out the existing problems,find out the main factors restricting its development,and propose solutions to the above problems.Chapter 5 is the conclusion of this article.1.The inheritors and practitioners of Yushe Overlord Whip are mainly middle-aged and elderly people,and there is a serious shortage of youth inheritors;male practitioners have rapidly decreased in recent years,and male practitioners and inheritors are scarce.2.The training motives of Yushe Overlord Whip practitioners are mostly physical fitness,and their hungry consciousness is weak in protecting and inheriting intangible cultural heritage.3.The low educational level of the practitioners and inheritors of the Yushe Overlord Whip has led to stagnant theoretical research,which will bring certain limitations to the inheritance and innovation of the Yushe Overlord Whip.4.The inheritance method of Yushe Overlord Whip is single.So far,it still focuses on precepts and deeds,and has not been able to use modern network technology to expand its own teaching methods.5.The impact of western sports on traditional folk sports is one of the reasons why people gradually abandon learning to practice Yushe Overlord Whip.6.The decline in the influence and suspension of folklore activities is one of the reasons for the decrease in the number of Yushe Bawangbian’s new training.Due to the suspension of folklore activities,the chances of Yushe Overlord Whip appearing in the public’s field of vision are reduced.The main position for propaganda is lost.7.The influence of the overlord whip of Yushe is limited.Since its birth,the overlord whip of Yushe has only spread in the area of Yushe since its birth and has been passed down for thousands of years,and its influence on the surrounding areas is minimal.8.The government’s support is small,policy care is small,and the capital investment is not large,resulting in insufficient funds for the Yushe Overlord Whip,and the trainees and inheritors cannot make a living relying on the Yushe Overlord Whip performance.
