As a negative psychological state,learning burnout will not only have many negative effects on college students,but also lead to the reduction of the quality of talent training and higher education in Colleges and universities.Objective: This study studies the correlation between physical activity and learning burnout of undergraduate students in Nanning,so as to provide reference suggestions for physical activity to improve college students’ learning burnout,and provide reference for colleges and universities to promote the sustainable and healthy development of College Students’ physical and mental health and academic performance.Methods: 1229 college students from 5 universities in Nanning were investigated by using the short volume Chinese version of international physical activity questionnaire(IPAQ)and college students’ learning burnout scale;Using spss23 0 software for descriptive statistics,difference analysis,Spearman correlation analysis and hierarchical linear regression analysis.Results:(1)from high to low,the amount of physical activity of college students was walking activity,high-intensity physical activity and medium-intensity physical activity.The physical activity of boys was significantly higher than that of girls;The physical activity of freshmen and sophomores was significantly higher than that of junior and senior students;The amount of physical activity of urban students is significantly higher than that of rural students;The physical activity of student cadres was significantly higher than that of non student cadres.(2)The scores of each dimension of College Students’ learning burnout from high to low are improper behavior,low mood and low sense of achievement.The learning burnout of boys is significantly lower than that of girls;The learning burnout of junior students is significantly higher than that of other grades;The learning burnout of urban students is significantly lower than that of rural students;The learning burnout of student cadres is significantly lower than that of non student cadres.(3)The amount and total amount of physical activity of each intensity are significantly negatively correlated with each dimension and total score of learning burnout.The physical activity of college students with different gender,grade,place of origin and whether they are student cadres are significantly negatively correlated with learning burnout.Physical activity can significantly negatively predict learning burnout and its dimensions.Physical activity of college students with different gender,grade,place of origin and whether they are student cadres can significantly negatively predict learning burnout.Conclusion:(1)college students’ physical activities in a week are mainly walking,and the participation of moderate intensity physical activities is the lowest.Physical activity is affected by gender,grade,place of origin and whether student cadres.(2)College Students’ learning burnout is in the lower middle level,and is affected by gender,grade,place of origin and whether or not students are cadres.(3)There is a significant negative correlation between physical activity and learning burnout.There is a significant negative correlation between physical activity and learning burnout among college students of different gender,grade,place of origin and whether they are student cadres.Physical activity can significantly and negatively predict learning burnout.The higher the amount of physical activity of college students,the lower the level of learning burnout.
