The trend that students lack of interest in the academic learning is still rising year by year. This study attempts to investigate the learning situation of the undergraduate students who are in different majors of Yunnan Normal University,besides,the study will also do a survey on students’ personal characteristics as well as the factors that exist individually.By using the < College Students Learning Burnout Table >compiled by Rongsuo Lian and Naduo Wei’ MMCS, and combining the learning burnout with the factors which influence the academic attribution,this study makes an investigation about the learning situation of the college students majoring in physical education. According to the statistical results of students’ learning burnout and the normalized correlation analysis between the variables that contribute to the attributive pattern, the results show that:1. The students who major in physical education in Yunnan Normal University has showed the phenomena of learning burnout, the degree of misbehave dimension is higher than the other dimensions, the second is feeling down and the lowest is low sense of achievement. Some attention should be paid to the students who major in physical education, part of the students has showed the trend of learning burnout, while the majority of the students are at the intermediate state of learning burnout.2. In terms of the variables of gender, the level of learning burnout of girls is significantly lower than that of the boys; in grade variables, the level of learning burnout of the college grade one students who major in physical education is lower than the other grades, students in grade three show the highest degree of learning burnout; in major variables, the students with sport training have the highest degree of learning burnout; in terms of student-origin, students born in cities has a higher degree of learning burnout in the dimension of misbehave and black mood than those students who are born in countries, however, in the dimension of the sense of achievement quite the opposite.3. Students major in physical education show great difference in grades, gender and students-origin, however, there is no difference between the students who are in different majors in the physical culture institute. There is an obvious negative correlation between the level of learning burnout and the learning attribution of success of the students who major in physical education, however, there is an obvious positive correlation between the level of learning burnout and the learning attribution of failure. In terms of the academic, the students with low burnout level tend to attribute the failure to their lack of ability and effort, while the students with higher level of learning burnout tend to classify the causes of academic failure to task difficulty and his bad luck.4. There is an obvious negative correlation between the scores of learning burnout and the four dimensions of ability, efforts, difficulty degree of the task and fortune, which means the higher level of the learning burnout,the lower scores of the internal locus of control and external locus of control. However, in the correlation between all the dimensions, there is no obvious correlation between the fortune in the external locus of control and the improper behaviors, while there is an obvious correlation between all the other dimensions,and the correlation in stable attribution is more obvious than that in unstable attribution.
