In 2015 the Ministry of education will NPC and CPPCC during the martial arts as "one of the seven campus sports.This fully reflects the Ministry of education to carry forward the traditional culture of the long-term strategic vision.As a form of Chinese traditional martial arts movement,the development of Competitive Wushu is not optimistic.As a branch of modern sports,with strong characteristics,suitable for the modern people's rhythm of work and life,and easy popularization.By raising the level of the development of Competitive Wushu,to promote the development of Wushu.Wushu talents as reserve resources,its development has an important role in promoting competitive Wushu.The current research on Wushu mainly focus on the status of reserve personnel,training mode,single research management system.Lack from forecast--material--culture--transportation a systematic study of the theory and practice of the whole process.This research is of great significance for the development of the reserve talents of Competitive Wushu.Therefore,this study chooses the reserve talent resources development and management as the research object.This study through the literature collection frontier situation,using the method of questionnaire survey,expert interviews,survey for schools were randomly selected from the Shandong Province Athletics Martial Arts 6 martial arts schools and sports talent resources development and management of the field survey and statistics from the status quo,forecasting and planning,talents the selection,training,performance management and motivation,conveying system,preliminary draw the following conclusions:(1)Less than 1/4 of the coaches said the prediction method and planning process for the school reserve personnel system;less than 1/3 of the coaches said it will strictly enforce the material standard,that Shandong Province Athletics Wushu talents scientific selection execution is not enough.(2)The limitation of school courses lead to cultural foundation is weak,lack of interest in learning has become a major factor affecting the reserve athletic cultural studies education;coaches education level is low and the younger age structure,resulting in slow technological progress become the main factors hindering professional talents training.(3)Comprehensive qualitative prediction,quantitative prediction and Markoff transfer matrix method;from the investigation and analysis of talent prediction,planning,implementation planning and planning results and feedback of system planning and design of Shandong competitive Wushu talents.(4)According to the traditional training mode for the talent waste caused by the reservetalents of Competitive Wushu,the paper puts forward the training mode of "three years of diversion",and increases the reserve talents through the channels of the general university.(5)Using the principle of on demand incentive,moderate incentive,comprehensive incentive and punishment incentive,combined with the increase of training opportunities,to maximize the potential of Competitive Wushu reserve talents.(6)The competitive Wushu talents development and management process smoothly through the organization,system and funds three aspects of guarantee,embodied in: refined structure and function;through the establishment of security system,building a multi culture system and perfect the incentive system to complete the system innovation;adhere to steady growth,high efficiency and Sustainability three the principle of protection of sources of funding.
