| In recent years,the research on children’s risky play at home and abroad has shown an increasing trend,and risky play have become an important issue in preschool education.Risky play is a kind of play activity loved by children.Teachers’ observation behavior is one of teachers’ professional behaviors.The development of risky play requires teachers’ observation,which is the premise and basis for teachers to understand and support children’s risky play.This study starts with the basic theoretical analysis of teachers’ observation behavior in children’s risky play,investigates the current situation of teachers’ observation behavior in children’s risky play,analyzes and explains the existing problems and causes of teachers’ observation behavior in children’s risky play,and puts forward suggestions to improve children’s risky play teachers’ observation behavior,in order to provide reference suggestions for the research of children’s risky play teachers’ observation behavior,To promote children’s better development in risky play.In the basic theory of teachers’ observation behavior in children’s risky play,this study analyzes the concept and types of children’s risky play and the characteristics of children’s risky play;With the help of certain tools and methods;Collect and obtain relevant information;This paper explains the basic process of teachers’ observation behavior in children’s risky play from four aspects.In the part of investigating the current situation of teachers’ observation behavior in children’s risky play,this study uses the methods of observation,interview,text analysis and case analysis to analyze and study the basic situation of teachers’ observation and understanding in children’s risky play through the observation and interview of 20 teachers in a demonstration kindergarten in Guilin,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region for eight weeks,the analysis of teachers’ play observation record text,The basic situation of the basic process of teachers’ observation behavior in children’s risky play,such as the formulation of observation purpose and observation plan,the use of observation tools and methods,the capture of relevant information of risky play,and the response based on relevant information,comes to the characteristics of teachers’ observation behavior in children’s risky play: safety is the main purpose of teachers’ observation;The fixed-point method and scanning method were used in the observation method;In terms of play types,focus on the observation of highly relevant risky play;In terms of observation content,pay attention to the peer atmosphere in risky play;In terms of observation objects,children who pay attention to observation and dare not take risks.It is found that the main problems of teachers’ observation behavior in children’s risky play are: the purpose of observation is single;The planning of observation is not strong;Failure to accurately capture meaningful information about risky play;The ability to respond based on relevant information needs to be improved.The reasons for the problems are: Teachers’ lack of knowledge of children’s risky play;Teachers’ knowledge and ability of children’s risky play observation are not enough;Teachers have insufficient experience in children’s risky play observation;The allocation of teachers and the ratio of teachers to children in kindergartens are unreasonable;The management system of kindergarten is not perfect,Parents’ sensitivity to safety issues.According to the above research results,this study puts forward the following suggestions to improve children’s risky play teachers’ observation behavior: change their ideas and improve teachers’ understanding of children’s risky play observation;Strengthen learning and enrich teachers’ knowledge of children’s risky play observation;Strengthen exercise and improve teachers’ observation ability of children’s risky play;Optimize the conditions and provide a supportive environment for teachers to observe children’s risky play. |
