With the deepening of the reform of preschool education in my country,the observation ability of kindergarten teachers has received extensive attention from scholars.Observation ability is an important part of the professional quality of preschool teachers.It is also one of the important factors to measure the professional development of a teacher.It can also reflect the level of professionalism of the teacher.As one of the more popular regional games for children,role games are open and unpredictable,which requires teachers to have certain observation skills.This research will take role game activities as an entry point,take Yan’an Kindergarten A as an example,adopt the paradigm of action research,and combine the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,and physical analysis method to track and cooperate with the 18 teachers of A kindergarten Seminar activities,theoretically analyze the feasibility of the observation ability of preschool teachers in role games from two aspects of internal mechanism and external mechanism;in the actual practice process,try to improve the observation ability of preschool teachers and explore specific and feasible action plans.The action process of this study is:First of all,based on the researcher’s observation and thinking on the problems of teacher observation in kindergarten role games during the internship process,by consulting and collecting materials and books related to teacher observation ability and teacher professional development,to understand the current research status and extent,and to summarize the existing research It also analyzes the shortcomings and enlightenment of existing research,and forms the basic content and methods of this research.Secondly,the researcher understands the problems in the kindergarten teacher’s observation and the status quo of observation abilities in the role game of the kindergarten through interviews and dialogues with the kindergarten teachers,the data processing of the questionnaire,and the analysis of the observation record sheet,and initially formulates the action research plan.Furthermore,in the course of the action research,the researchers found that the teachers of the kindergarten had problems in the aspects of observation goals,observation content,observation record writing,and post-observation analysis.Therefore,from the above aspects,teachers and action group teachers jointly teach,research and discuss the problems that occur when teachers observe children in role games,and conduct in-depth summary and analysis of them.Under the leadership of the researchers,they will propose amendments to plan and guide educational practice.In the process of practice,new problems appear in the observation of teachers,and then further corrections and improvements are made.This research strictly follows the "plan-action-observation-reflection-re-plan-re-action" research model of circular spiral.Fourth,summarize,sort out,and summarize the collected research data and content,analyze the research results,investigate and reflect on them,and compare the observation abilities of teachers before and after the research to reflect the effect of this action research.Finally,it comprehensively analyzes and summarizes the process of practical research,and puts forward reasonable,scientific,and operable suggestions,hoping to promote the improvement of the observation ability of preschool teachers to a certain extent,and provide references for practitioners in the field of preschool education.
