Construction And Empirical Research On The Evaluation System Of Male Bodybuilding Athletes’ Action Expression

Bodybuilding,which can be translated as "body building",is a sports science aimed at promoting the beauty of human body.After nearly one hundred years’ development,especially under the active guidance of the Chinese Bodybuilding Association,bodybuilding has developed vigorously,gradually becoming a popular sport among the masses and an indispensable and important part of sports in China.In recent years,the research of body-building and bodybuilding in China has begun to attract attention,but most of the researchers’ research is superficial.This paper constructs an evaluation system of college male bodybuilders’ performance by using the methods of literature review,analytic hierarchy process,questionnaire survey,Delphi method,expert interview and consulting a number of experts,and verifies the feasibility of the evaluation index by selecting male bodybuilders from universities in Henan Province,so as to provide reference for college male bodybuilders to carry out special training of performance and referees to judge the performance of athletes.The conclusions are as follows: First,the evaluation index system includes two first-level indexes,nine second-level indexes and 45 third-level indexes.Second,the first-level indicators are divided into external form performance（weight 0.5）and internal body control（weight 0.5）,which are almost equal in importance in the whole evaluation index system.The third and second indexes are stage emotional typhoon（weight 0.0529）,seven prescribed movements（weight 0.5407）,special quality（weight 0.2695）,body shape（weight 0.1369）,temperament type（weight 0.0666）,front sculpting muscle group（weight 0.1845）,side sculpting muscle group（weight 0.300）Thirdly,through the empirical study,it is known that the comprehensive level of college male bodybuilders’ overall action expressive force is above the average,but there are some problems such as weak coordination of special quality and movement,neglect of small muscle groups in action modeling,weak psychological quality and stage typhoon,etc.Fourthly,the higher the competition level of college male bodybuilders,the more mature the expressive force of bodybuilding will be,and the relationship between them is proportional.
