Joint education of family and kindergarten is an important part of early childhood education.A good Joint education of family and kindergarten is conducive to the formation of educational joint force,so that the various educational resources of families and kindergartens can be effectively utilized,to achieve complementary advantages,and then promote the all-round development of children.In recent years,with the development of universal preschool education,some private kindergartens have been transformed into universal public kindergartens.Due to the differences in the direction and education system,the children’s concepts of education have been impacted,and the unreasonable educational needs can not be met,thus causing some problems of joint education of family and kindergarten.The problem of "public education to public" kindergarten not only affects the development of universal kindergartens,but also brings adverse impact on the development of children.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the home co-education of "people to public" kindergartens.This research takes ecosystem theory as the analysis framework,adopts literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,observation method and content analysis method,through consulting and studying relevant literature,takes "public" Y kindergarten as the research case,takes parents and teachers of "public" Y kindergarten as the research object,According to the construction of home education four ecosystem environment survey,the main content includes: parenting concept,the understanding of the role of home education,home form and content,home frequency of education,the degree of home activities,parents evaluation of home education,family environment and garden environment,home education system and policy,etc.,explore the problems in the system,and supported by ecological theory to put forward the corresponding solution strategy.The study finds the following difficulties: micro system: young parents lack the correct view and way of early childhood education;both parties position their own inaccurate roles.Intermediate system: young parents lack trust in teachers;"home relationship" is not handled properly;home communication content is not deep and single;home co-education activities are at low level and co-education activities are less frequent.In the outer system,after the reform,the preschool teachers are under great pressure and the low salary is poor;the effect of home co-education is insufficient due to the educational environment of "primary school" tendency in the community.Macro system: utilitarian social culture influences parents and teachers;the policy and system of "people to public" kindergarten need to be improved.Based on the above investigation and analysis,some countermeasures are put forward for the dilemma of "people to public" Y kindergarten.Specifically,micro system: parents should strengthen learning,update the concept and way of early childhood education;kindergartens and families should have a clear and correct role positioning.Intermediate system: enhance parents ’trust in teachers,establish the relationship between understanding and support;provide family education guidance,enhance parents’ support for kindergarten work;strengthen communication,build a harmonious "home relationship";online and offline multi-channel cooperation,enhance home co-education force.Outer system: reasonably reduce the work burden of teachers after the reform,improve the salary;the community to strengthen publicity to promote the smooth development of home work after the reform;Macro system: to create a positive social culture and values;improve policies and systems,improve the "people to public" kindergarten home joint education guarantee mechanism.
