| Under the background that the secondary vocational education in our country is committed to cultivating high-quality compound talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence,sports,beauty and labor,task driven teaching method,as a new teaching method,is widely used in teaching with its advantages different from traditional teaching.By grasping the curriculum objectives as a whole and combining with the specific teaching objectives,teachers decompose them into multiple tasks,set up specific situations,and complete the learning of classroom content with the help of tasks,so that students can turn passive learning into independent inquiry learning.The application of task driven Teaching in the course of store operation is beneficial for students to master knowledge and skills and improve their subjective initiative.Through the teaching practice,we found that although the task-based teaching method has been widely used in the store operation course,there are still many problems in the actual teaching.Based on constructivism learning theory,achievement motivation theory and "learning by doing" theory,this study selects teachers and students of e-commerce major in five secondary vocational schools in Yancheng City,Luoyang City and Changchun City as the research objects,and investigates the application of task driven teaching method in the store operation course of secondary vocational schools.In the survey,SPSS software is used to analyze the collected data.It is found that each link of task driven teaching has a certain positive impact on students’ learning effect and students’ satisfaction,among which the teaching effect evaluation link has a significant impact on it,and a corresponding model is constructed.At the same time,it also found that there are some problems in the specific implementation process,such as unreasonable task design and introduction,poor classroom teaching order,single subject of teaching effect evaluation and incomplete teaching effect evaluation mechanism.Through the analysis,it is found that the reasons for the above problems are the lack of reasonable curriculum task design,the lack of teachers’ ability to mobilize classroom management,the strong subjective color of teaching effect evaluation and the low attention of teaching effect evaluation.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions.First,in the teaching task design link,it puts forward the rationalization of teaching task design;Second,we should pay attention to the cultivation of teachers’ ability,including the ability to mobilize classroom atmosphere and standardize management;Third,the teaching effect evaluation link is standardized,and the relevant teaching effect evaluation table is constructed;Fourth,improve the teaching effect evaluation mechanism,including the diversification of evaluation subjects and evaluation methods.Through the above suggestions,in order to improve the application effect of task driven teaching method in the store operation course,and improve the learning effect and student satisfaction. |
