Research On The Promotion Strategy Of Campus Ice And Snow Sports In Jilin Province From The Perspective Of Sports And Education Integration

In the upsurge of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics,with the continuous promotion of national sports and education integration,in order to encourage young students to actively participate in ice and snow sports,the state and local governments have implemented multiple measures to ensure the vigorous promotion and development of "campus ice and snow sports".Jilin Province,as one of the provinces with an early start,rapid and extensive development of ice and snow sports in China,the pace of development of campus ice and snow sports is continuing to accelerate.In order to explore the highquality development path of campus ice and snow sports in Jilin Province,using the method of literature,interview and field research,through the use of grounded theory,in the form of expert interviews and field research,the relevant information on the development of campus ice and snow sports was collected,and the According to the operability process of grounded theory "open coding-spindle coding-selective coding",20 primary categories,9categories and 3 main categories of the characteristics of the development of campus ice and snow sports in Jilin Province were identified.According to the three-level coding obtained by the grounded theory,through the analysis of the story line and the feedback of the characteristics of the coding at all levels,the following research results are obtained: the characteristics of the system strategy,the characteristics of teaching competition and training,and the supply of supporting services are respectively used as the campus in Jilin Province from the perspective of the integration of sports and education.The external factors,internal factors and guarantee conditions for the development of ice and snow sports are rational and scientific.By analyzing the relationship between various categories,the correlation and mutual construction model of the development of campus ice and snow sports in Jilin Province is constructed.On this basis,the following strategies are proposed:（1）adhere to overall policy guidance and strengthen implementation supervision.Combining top-level design with grassroots implementation to promote policy implementation;break down departmental barriers and realize the linkage effect of grass-roots policies;establish a top-down supervision system and strengthen the supervision mechanism of policy implementation;（2）improve the school ice sports resources and innovate the operation mechanism construction.Establish the assessment index,make clear the quantitative index of snow and ice entering campus;broaden venue channels,build the campus snow and ice sports system;we will promote the introduction of snow and ice teachers and speed up the construction of talent training.（3）Adhere to multi-party cooperation to optimize the external environment of ice and snow entering the campus.Develop physical education resources and release school running vigor;pay attention to the cultivation of cultural connotation,scientific and technological innovation power;excavate family sports resources to help carry out campus ice sports.
