Sports schools not only are the main land to cultivate excellent athletic sports reserve talented person,but also promote the athlete culture education quality important institution of higher learning.For our country in recent years,the sports school has trained a large number of excellent,excellent student athletes.However,outstanding contradictions between athletes study,cultural lag issues such as education level has become the school sports culture education development and students' all-round development of body and mind,the important factors as cultivating excellent athlete sports school,should strengthen athlete culture education as an important start and stop,education and culture as the core of the athlete's lifelong development lifeblood is no scruple,an urgent need to further strengthen the management of the sports school culture education.This research uses the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,mathematical statistics,etc.,for the culture of jilin province sports school athletes on-the-spot investigation,the present situation and problems of education,training,affect the jilin province sports school,"weights" at the root of the problem,put forward the jilin province sports school "lighter weights optimization strategy for learning,to cultivate and build a comprehensive,school competitive sports reserve talents.The research says:(1)of jilin province sports school,"weights" problem will lead to students after graduation export narrow,low social fitness,training target of teamship resulting in school,a drop in the quality of personnel training,education teaching resources of the fracture,the talent cultivation system.(2)the influence of jilin province sports school "light weight training to learn the cause of the problem can be summarized as their own development,historical evolution and the external environment from three aspects,the specific performance evaluation as the education goal is not clear,is not standard,management mechanism,ideological understanding lag,the training time conflicts,lack of education environment,cultural consciousness is weak,poor training effect.(3)the jilin province sports school "lighter weights learning" strategy to resolve the problem of shift concept with the target of personnel training,strengthen scientific evaluation and management,to strengthen the construction of teacher team and curriculum system construction,improve the school education teaching environment,create a good school education atmosphere,pay close attention to students' all-round development of body and mind.Based on this,the author put forward the following optimization strategy:(1)suggest that jilin province sports school administrators to start the cultural education management mechanism,weaken the gold effect,strengthening the construction of study style,develop culture education rewards and punishments measures,clear education goals,implementation of effective teaching management.(2)the advice of jilin province sports school teachers adjust the course plan and layout,cultivate the students' interest in cultural study,implement the assessment of students' comprehensive quality,integration of resources,promoting the development of sports school normalized.(3)the advice of jilin province sports school students to change the thoughts and ideas,reasonable distribution of learning and training time,avoid conflict of "learn xun" upgrade.(4)suggested that the related management department to build teaching quality monitoring and the safeguard mechanism,to support the sports school running conditions,strengthen the standardized admissions materials,improve the quality of sports reserve personnel training.
