Research On The Training System Of Youth Basketball Talents In Shaanxi Province Under The Background Of Sports And Education Integration

With the comprehensive promotion of China’s sports cause,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put sports on a high level of relating to the future development of the country and the rejuvenation of the nation,pointing out the important role of sports in the overall development of the country.It has become the appeal of the new era to realize the rise of basketball in China,promote the all-round and healthy development of teenagers,and enable teenagers to learn and practice.The development and training of youth sports talents,and the cause of sports,constantly improve the quality and efficiency of youth sports training,in order to promote the in-depth development of youth basketball talent training,for the construction of sports power,healthy China into new vitality and vitality.The cooperation between the two systems plays a key role in the youth basketball talent training system.Therefore,it is the trend to further strengthen the close cooperation between the two systems and actively interact to realize the development of the real integration of sports and education.This research mainly using the method of documentary,expert interview,questionnaire,on-the-spot investigation method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,in-depth understanding of shaanxi youth basketball talent cultivation system "teaching fused" the practice of the development status,youth basketball talent training system of sports system in shaanxi province and analyzed the training mode of education system,Insight into the sports system and education system in shaanxi province youth basketball personnel training aspects of the integration of development,explore its existing problems and deficiencies,put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures,to further optimize the body under the background of teaching fusion of shaanxi youth basketball talent cultivation system,and to teach fused the foundation for the development of the national youth basketball talent cultivation system.The results show that: first,in the practice and development process of "sports and education integration",the policy of sports and education integration requires government departments,social organizations and market institutions to share the growth system of sports promoting healthy development and reserve talent training.Create an atmosphere for young people to participate in sports in and out of school,and provide a platform for popularization of sports and high-level elite education.Second,the current training system of youth basketball talents in Shaanxi province is mainly composed of sports system and education system.There are some differences between physical education system and education system in talent training mode.Third,"sports and education integration" is the only way to transform China into a sports power.It is necessary to fully implement the sports and education system at all levels.The factors of youth basketball talent training system in Shaanxi province are divided into cultivation concept,cultural learning,training,competition,mechanism,human resources and social security.Fourth,through the survey found that the current shaanxi youth basketball talents have made some achievements,but there are still barriers between sports and education departments,between the two systems in training goal deviation,do not have a unified cultural importance,competition format not harmonious,the competing system difficult to unity,unequal talents conveying disconnect,resource allocation problem.The current youth basketball talent training system has not reached a dynamic balance among various elements,which still needs to be further improved.Fifthly,in the process of promoting the "integration of sports and education" in Shaanxi Province,the integration mechanism of sports system and education system is not smooth,the mutually beneficial cooperation between the two departments is not active enough,and the supporting policies lack detailed rules.Research suggestions: First,sports and education departments should fully communicate and cooperate,organize long-term scientific planning of shaanxi province youth basketball talent training plan,and promote cooperation and exchange among government,schools,social organizations and amateur clubs in shaanxi province youth basketball talent training system.Second,establish and improve the sports system and education system between the depth of the cooperation mechanism,shake off the yoke of the existing unified goal,unified concept to develop shaanxi youth basketball talent cultivation system "teaching fused" type development plan,regardless of each other,as a positive,the scientific and effective from the overall perspective of shaanxi youth basketball talents development plan.Thirdly,the education department,as the development subject of youth basketball talent training,should change the current training mode for the purpose of competition and strengthen the construction of demonstration schools for training talents integrating sports and education.Fourthly,the sports and education departments should take competition as the core,establish an effective and comprehensive youth basketball competition system in Shaanxi Province,set up a mixed system of sports and education system,and improve the brand awareness of the competition.Fifth,the two departments of physical education should share resources,speed up the establishment of a system for schools to introduce outstanding retired athletes into their professional sports teachers or coaches,strengthen the professional training of physical education teachers,and improve the service level for the training of young talents.Sixth,in the concrete implementation process of "sports and education integration",we should pay attention to personnel training and management,fully integrate the relationship between schools,families,individuals and relevant social organizations,and advocate multi-governance and diversified integration.
