Research On The Training System Of High School Basketball Reserve Talents In Zheng Zhou City Under The Background Of Sports And Education Integration

In April 2020,the central comprehensively deepen reform committee passed the "about deepening teaching fused opinion" to promote the development of adolescent health(later referred to as "opinions"),in the same year,the central committee of the communist party of China,the State Council issued "on a comprehensive new era to strengthen and improve school sports work opinion","master plan for deepening the reform of new times education evaluation".The introduction of relevant policies has provided new ideas and paths for youth sports work and the healthy development of adolescents in China.This study uses literature,expert interviews,questionnaires,SWOT analysis,mathematical statistics,field research and other research methods to study and analyze the situation of secondary school basketball reserve talent cultivation in Zhengzhou City under the background of deepening the integration of sports and education.The purpose of this study is to find out the actual situation of secondary school basketball reserve talent cultivation in Zhengzhou City,to make relevant suggestions for the problems existing in the process of secondary school basketball reserve talent cultivation,to seek the development path of secondary school basketball reserve talent cultivation in Zhengzhou City,and to provide theoretical basis and guidance for the implementation path of sustainable development of secondary school basketball reserve talent cultivation in Zhengzhou City.The results of the study show that.I.The development of basketball reserve talents in Zhengzhou secondary schools under the background of integration of sports and education depends on the training mode of "integration of sports and education" adopted by each secondary school with basketball characteristics in Zhengzhou,and the overall differences are more or less the same.In the context of sports-education integration,multiple subjects are the main way to achieve multiple governance of secondary school basketball reserve talent training in Zhengzhou,among which government departments are the core subjects of secondary school basketball reserve talent training governance in Zhengzhou.Second,at present,the problem of student learning and training conflict still exists in the training of secondary school basketball reserve talents in Zhengzhou city under the background of sports-education integration,while there is a lack of financial investment in the training of secondary school basketball reserve talents by the main units.Secondly,basketball coaches are of a more balanced age level and have some experience in basketball instruction,and can carry out teaching/training programs in accordance with the requirements of teaching/training syllabus in daily teaching and training,but there are still some limitations in the development and training contents in training planning;meanwhile,there is a relative lack of basketball coaches’ participation in professional training,thus leading to basketball coaches’ inability to continuously update basketball teaching/training The method in basketball coaching/training as well as teaching experience.Third,the SWOT analysis of the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of secondary school basketball reserve talent training in Zhengzhou City concluded that the comprehensive resource advantages of "sports-education integration" and the multiple combination of resource advantages of secondary school basketball reserve talent training in Zhengzhou City can drive the overall integration and further development strategy consensus among the educational administrative organs.The study concluded that the integrated resource advantage of "sports-education integration" and the advantage of multiple combined resources can drive an overall integration and further development strategy consensus among educational administrative bodies to play a role in the overall development of secondary school basketball reserve talent development in Zhengzhou.Disadvantages are organizational diversity,which can have a direct impact on the effectiveness of integration between the two systems;and the relative absence of formal competitions to the extent that they cannot effectively enhance the level of secondary school basketball reserve talent development in Zhengzhou.The opportunity is to further improve and refine the training system of school sports basketball reserve talents in the context of deepening the development of sports-education integration.The threat is the problem of "learning and training",how to coordinate and solve the relationship between "learning and training" is still the first problem to solve the training of secondary school basketball reserve talents.According to the SWOT analysis model,the following strategies are proposed: to establish the concept of sustainable development of secondary school basketball reserve talent training in Zhengzhou;to actively promote the optimization and improvement of the "integration of sports and education" training system;to reform the campus basketball competition system,increase the number of games to play the respective advantages of sports and education departments and deepen the integration of sports and education.Based on SWOT analysis,we can play its advantages and opportunities,and avoid its disadvantages and dangers.
