Research On Development Strategy Of Youth Basketball Training Institutions In Henan Province Under The Background Of Sports And Education Integration

Under the guidance of “sports and education integration” and “double reduction policy”,the number of youth basketball training institutions has increased rapidly,while there are problems such as simple organizational structure and poor teaching quality,which are discussed by many scholars.However,the development of youth basketball training institutions under the background of sports and education integration has not been involved.The proposal of “sports and education integration” has created a new era mission for youth basketball training institutions,and how to develop green has become an urgent problem to be solved.In this study,literature method,field research method,case analysis method,grounded theory method and logical analysis method were used to analyze the development strategies of youth basketball training institutions in Henan Province layer by layer.The main conclusions are as follows :（1）Under the background of the integration of sports and education,there are some problems in the development of youth basketball training institutions in Henan Province,including the single organizational structure and the lack of systematic management;The development of course quality is not ideal,and the coaches’ qualifications,course research and development,course design,teaching supervision and other aspects need to be improved and constructed;The phenomenon of emphasizing sales and neglecting teaching is prominent;The cooperation between training institutions and schools is not ideal.（2）The case institution has a lot to learn from.It is learned that the cooperation between the school and the training institution pays more attention to training qualification,school reputation and teaching quality.Under the background of the integration of sports and education,teenagers’ participation in basketball training is actually a process of value creation.（3）There are three stages in the process of youth participating in the value co creation of basketball training,which are the value embryonic stage,the value formation and evaluation stage,and the value improvement stage.Youth basketball training institutions should improve and build each value stage in the development process,so as to ensure their own good development trend on the basis of realizing social values,That is,the development strategy of youth basketball training institutions in Henan Province under the background of the integration of sports and education.Based on the research conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:（1）Improve the organizational structure and promote the good operation of youth basketball training institutions;（2）Put an end to false propaganda and popularize basketball value to service objects from a healthy perspective;（3）Improve the teaching quality and serve the healthy growth of teenagers;（4）Build a reputation image and improve the core value system.
