| In recent years,the family education has moved from the private scene to the public one gradually.The family education,and establishing the guidance service system of family education which is strongly needed by parents,has obtained more and more attentions in China.Therefore,the guidance service system of family education needs to be improved in view of schools as the important subject for the counterpart.The overall implementations,resource allocations and the operational performance of middle and primary school in Shanghai as the current representative,have been presented in this article by comprehensively applying the theories of public governance and public service,and questionnaires,interviews,cases and comparative researches,based on the perspective of pedagogy and management.Four aspects of problems are existed,including the deviations of conception to guidance service of family education of parents,the unsystematic contents of family education guidance service,insufficiency cares for parents’ needs of family education guidance service,and non-significant performance of current family education guidance service.There exist four reasons for the problems of the guidance service system of family education in the middle and primary school of Shanghai based on the deep analysis,which are lack of recognition,imperfection of management system,incompetence of teachers,and insufficient support from high quality resources.Based on these,the optimized strategies for the guidance service system of family education for the middle and primary school of Shanghai in the new era have been presented from the aspects of optimized management system,implementation system,talent system,support system,combining the research basis of the guidance service system of family education,domestically and internationally,with the present condition of the guidance service system of family education of Shanghai.This paper aimed to further improve the guidance service system of family education at school,the ability and level of parents’ scientific parenting,and eventually promote the health and full development of the students. |
