Teachers' gender difference as a social psychological phenomenon, in fact, exists objectively. However, with the variation or changes of sex ratio in the schools, teachers' gender difference has been great influenced our students' development little by little nowadays. This research has selected four schools in four cities of China in the perspectives of sociology, psychology and education, which were Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chongqing, and Chengdu, by self-administered questionnaires to start the survey and the research. Through utilizing the method of system analysis and questionnaire Survey, it explores how teachers' gender influences the student development, which analyzes from the aspects of teacher self-gender role cognitive, teacher attitudes, teacher expectation and the relationship between teachers and students. Especially with the rigid understanding and practice of the gender role, this teacher gender difference influences and hurts the student development such as students' gender role cognitive, academic motivation, major selection and so on. That is to say, to some extent, the results of this survey indicate a fact that teachers' gender difference has really influenced and continue to influence students' development.Actually sex difference is an indubitable fact. However, due to the social construction and the traditional Confucius Culture, today our teachers misunderstand sex difference and own certain misleading consciousness together with their self-cognitive of gender, which has impacted different female and male students in today's school, especially during their unconscious instruction in their classes. Consequently, at the end of my paper, I contend that our teachers may not or shouldn't neglect or even ignore the influences between teachers' gender and students individual development, which should be noted that focusing on the vital or significant role of the gender consciousness to school education. Accordingly, I propose that we should try our best to wake up teachers' gender consciousness and cultivate teachers' idea with gender equity and equality. At the same time, the government should propel the gender equity with the form of making and implementing educational policy, so that grants some policy support.
