Diagnosis And Assessment Of Special Physical Ability And Technique Of Adolescent Female Rotary Shot Putter ——Research On A Typical Case

With its technical advantages,rotary shot put is favored by the majority of athletes.The vigorous development of this technology in China is inseparable from the focus on the cultivation of reserve talents.As a part of the sports training process,the diagnosis and evaluation of athletes’ special physical fitness and technology need to be paid more attention.The relevant research on the real-time diagnosis and evaluation of athletes’ special physical fitness and technology in practical training needs to be further studied.Therefore,this study selects the technically representative athletes as the test object to study the diagnosis and evaluation of special physical fitness and technology of young women’s rotary shot putter.Objective: Solving the practical problem that the special physical fitness and technical training effect of rotary shot put technology are difficult to monitor in real time at the training site,improve the efficiency and quality of special physical fitness and technical training of young women rotary shot putters,and then promote the improvement of their special results.Methods: Using the method of case study and test,taking the young female rotary shot putter Xu Ke as the test object,and using the surface electromyography signal analysis technology,this paper analyzes the complete technique of rotary shot putting and the characteristics of muscle force during special physical exercise;The method of geometric screening and regression is used to formulate the special physical fitness evaluation criteria,and the method of geometric regression is used to evaluate the physical fitness.Results:1.The special physical training methods consistent with the muscle force characteristics during throwing are: anti resistance rotation,anti resistance slope rotation,barbell wheel swing,anti resistance 180 ° rotation and weight-bearing hip jump.2.Resistance 180 ° rotation had a significant effect on throwing performance（P <0.05）;The effect of weight-bearing hip jump on throwing performance was very significant（P < 0.01）.3.In the process of throwing,the included angle between the left foot and the positive direction of the x-axis after the second turn,the included angle between the left foot and the positive direction of the y-axis after the second turn,and the distance between the two feet after the second turn have significant effects on the throwing performance（P < 0.05）.4.After the second turn landing,the included angle between the left foot and the positive direction of the x-axis and the included angle between the left foot and the positive direction of the y-axis were moderately negatively correlated with the throwing performance（-0.7 < R <-0.3）,and the distance between the two feet after the second turn landing was moderately positively correlated with the throwing performance（0.3< R < 0.7）.5.Formulate the evaluation standards of special physical fitness and technology of young women’s rotary shot put.Conclusion :1.Two special strength training methods,resistance 180 ° rotation and weightbearing hip jump,can be used to diagnose the training status of special physical fitness of young female rotary shot putters in real time and stages;The evaluation criteria based on the two special physical fitness indexes can evaluate the special physical fitness development of young women rotary shot putters in real time.2.The included angle between the left foot and the positive direction of the x-axis and y-axis after the second turn landing and the distance between the two feet after the second turn landing can be used as the indicators for the technical diagnosis of young female rotary shot putters at the training site.By determining the coordinates（range）when the two feet landed at the final exertion stage,the technology of rotary shot putters can be evaluated.
