With the development of educational modernization and the continuous improvement of educational information level,the characteristics of the new era have also put forward higher requirements for teaching reform and personnel training,especially in the context of the "post-epidemic era",the epidemic situation is repeated,and education is constantly changing.It will be impacted,and the traditional teaching mode can no longer fully meet the needs of the changing social times.At the same time,in the current teaching of some rural junior high school courses,most of them use the traditional classroom teaching mode,the classroom teaching atmosphere is dull,the students’ interest in learning is not strong,and the enthusiasm is not high,and the participation is not strong.With the country’s emphasis on rural education and the support of many educational policies in recent years,it is more and more necessary to promote the reform of rural teaching to meet the changing needs of different social times.In view of the above social background and some problems existing in rural teaching,this research analyzes and summarizes the existing flipped classroom teaching mode through its own teaching practice,and at the same time refers to reading the excellent literature of different experts.A set of "four-ring and six-step" flipped classroom teaching mode in line with the school’s development characteristics.The "four rings" in this model are four links: guidance,understanding,aid and promotion,and each link is directional."Six steps" refers to the specific teaching activities and learning activities involving teachers and students under the four links respectively,and the implementation verification is carried out in the junior middle school of GDK Town,BD County.In the process of implementation,the feasibility of this model was explored by means of questionnaires,experimental research and interviews.After the experiment,statistics and analysis of the experimental data were carried out to further prove the effectiveness of the teaching model.Finally,the author summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of implementing this model in rural junior high school curriculum teaching,and prospects the further research of this model in rural junior high school curriculum.
