Basketball,as a popular and popular sport in middle schools,is also one of the required subjects for students.It takes a very large proportion in the actual teaching.However,in the teaching process,it is excessively pursuing the integrity and systematicness of competitive sports,and it is also a technical norm and standard of action for basketball.The requirements are too strict and rigid.In teaching,the teaching content is relatively single,and students’ spontaneity is neglected.In teaching methods and means,students lack creativity.Under the pressure of examination content,students learn completely passively.It is hoped that with the help of the different values,theories and advantages of this teaching mode,we can provide reference for further perfecting and enriching the teaching mode of physical education,and at the same time help to improve the quality of basketball teaching.This paper carries out a nine-week classroom teaching experiment on the basketball project of junior middle school sophomores,and tests it before and after the experiment.Through the methods of literature review,expert interview,experiment,observation and questionnaire,this paper makes a study of the teaching practice of two different modes in two classes.In the experimental class,the flipped classroom teaching mode is adopted,and in the control class,the traditional teaching mode is adopted.Through practice,the data are obtained and analyzed.Finally,a conclusion is drawn.The following conclusions are drawn from the experimental results.(1)Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the flipped classroom teaching mode can effectively stimulate students’ interest in learning,improve students’ initiative in learning,and thus enhance students’ ability to master skills.(2)In the process of Basketball Teaching in ordinary middle schools,there is a higher requirement for teachers in organizing teaching,teaching methods,teaching content and teaching design.How to design and develop the key resources of flip teaching according to the characteristics of students’ age and physical and mental development is the key and difficult point.(3)Flipping classroom video teaching resources is conducive to students in a short time to better grasp the knowledge and skills learned faster,while increasing the number of students in class and after class to participate in physical exercise,play to the students’ ability and potential,and enhance students’ self-confidence.(4)Flipping the classroom teaching mode can improve the teaching mode,renew the teaching concept,optimize the network resources,feedback the teaching effect in time,improve the enthusiasm and initiative of students,and improve the quality of teaching.In the process of teaching,teachers should constantly strengthen their ability to use information technology,constantly improve their professional quality,make full use of teaching resources,set teaching objectives,make active thinking on teaching methods and means,respect students’ dominant position,and promote and improve students’ learning initiative.And enthusiasm.At the same time,we should strengthen the coordination and cooperation with the relevant departments of the school,develop teaching resources suitable for the characteristics of basketball,and enrich teaching methods and means.
