Research On The Optimization Strategy Of Physical Education Teaching Environment In Xi’an’s Colleges

With fast continuously to improve our country’s economy and society,education gradually realized function of sports teaching could improve university students’ physical quality,mental health level and improve the will quality,and many other advantages,and sports itself because of the health concept upgrade gradually brought to the attention of the students,life is becoming more and more important in learning,and gradually into the students’ daily life.Ordinary university sports teaching environment is to improve students’ physical and mental health level of the basic kernel,so as to promote the all-round development of students as fundamental principles,cultivates students good health concept tree for long-term goals,design on the top of the education policy and school training goal of grass-roots practice guided by the two common planning,building,and create the heart "education",")" " educational" environment,Is a key part of physical education teaching,but also the most easily ignored.Teaching environment is affecting the quality of teaching,one of the important factors that effect and the students’ learning status,a greater role in physical education teaching in colleges and universities,its quality and effect of teaching and students’ learning efficiency and interest are directly affected by the physical education teaching environment,said the sports teaching environment is the foundation of sports teaching in colleges.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of physical education curriculum system in colleges and universities in China and the rapid development of economic society,more and more college teachers and educational researchers have realized the importance of teaching environment to the development of physical education teaching activities,and carried out corresponding research and exploration.This paper takes the current situation of physical education teaching environment in xi ’an ordinary colleges and universities as the research object,adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other methods to conduct field research on the factors that affect the physical education teaching environment in Xi ’an ordinary colleges and universities,such as sports venues,sports equipment,class size and psychological environment.It is found that physical environment（hard environment）and psychological environment（soft environment）still exist in physical environment（hard environment）of xi ’an colleges and universities,such as lack of sports facilities,imbalance of supply and demand of venues,low utilization rate of equipment,low attention of leaders,imperfect physical teaching system and poor physical teaching atmosphere.It is suggested to improve the utilization rate of existing sites,equipment,equipment and facilities through staggered teaching time arrangement and other forms,and to improve their use efficiency through optimization,maintenance,supplement,update,flexible and other ways;In order to improve the quality and efficiency of physical education teaching in xi ’an colleges and universities,we should adjust the curriculum resources to adapt to the natural environment,scientifically allocate the physical education curriculum content,reduce the number of classes in the same period of time,adjust the size of physical education class and other measures.The study reached the following conclusions:1.from the point of physical environment（hardware）,sports equipment,as a basic material resources,the most in common colleges and universities is to ensure that sports teaching activities would be able to carry out one of the necessary conditions,is the basis of the students participation and sports,college physical education teachers would be able to complete the teaching task,to achieve the teaching goal.In colleges and universities,sports equipment,as a necessary means of teaching,is also an important symbol to evaluate the school’s basic material conditions and test the school’s emphasis on physical education.The supply of sports equipment and equipment in colleges and universities in Xi ’an is insufficient,and the types are similar.Some of the equipment and facilities in colleges and universities are seriously damaged and cannot be repaired in time.Compared with the utilization rate of outdoor and indoor sports venues,indoor gymnasiums and equipment are not fully utilized.Sports equipment generally does not conform to the characteristics of students’ growth and sports,limiting students’ participation and satisfaction.The emergence of these phenomena is closely related to the school leaders’ attention to sports.2.From the perspective of psychological environment（soft environment）,the interpersonal relationship of PE teaching in colleges and universities reflects the interaction among teachers,teachers and students and students,which complement each other and promote the development of PE teaching.At the same time,the campus sports tradition and sports atmosphere is one of the most important "soft environment" in the process of campus sports culture construction,which can subconsciously affect the interest in participating in sports activities,indirectly affect the initiative of students to learn sports theoretical knowledge,strengthen the initiative of movement skills.At present,some ordinary colleges and universities in Xi ’an city are deficient in the tradition and habit of physical education teaching,the school’s promotion and promotion of physical education curriculum is not sufficient,the teaching method of physical education curriculum is relatively simple,quite a number of school leaders do not pay attention to physical education activities compared with other subjects.3.From the point of view of teaching effect,it is an important content of school physical education teaching to bring the school physical education teaching system into the overall teaching plan,make the physical education work orderly and effective smoothly,so as to improve the quality of education.The colleges and universities in Xi ’an can basically implement the PE curriculum standards and make PE teaching plans,but the PE teachers are worse than other subjects because of the particularity of the teaching content.Meanwhile,the PE teaching and PE curriculum system in some colleges and universities are not perfect and need to be improved.The teaching atmosphere in some colleges and universities is not strong enough,the teaching atmosphere is not active enough,and the interaction between teachers and students in the PE classroom is not enough.4.From the perspective of region and organization,the natural environment of Xi ’an city has a great impact on physical education,which is not conducive to the normal development of physical education.Physical form is between 30 to 50 people mostly the traditional class teaching,the teaching of large scale,is not conducive to the development of physical education curriculum,and the large number of class in class at the same time,some colleges and universities due to the class and class number is too much even appeared in the square,the classroom building,the school garden open such as sport,The average teaching time and amount of exercise allocated to each student are low,and both teachers and students are not satisfied with the natural environment and class size.5.From the perspective of environmental optimization strategy,the optimization strategy of physical environment（hard environment）is put forward from the aspects of physical environment development,utilization,transformation,adaptation and safety in view of the current situation and characteristics of ordinary universities in Xi ’an.The optimization strategy of soft environment is put forward from the aspects of thought,concept,system,method and teacher-student relationship.6,the construction of colleges and universities sports teaching environment is not done overnight,baizhang sets up in tired soil,optimize the environment of sports teaching in colleges and universities is a foundation engineering is system engineering,need to xi ’an at all levels of government departments,schools,leaders,teachers and students,overall coordination,mix,to reach optimization of teaching environment,promote the purpose of physical education quality,and the effect.
